Lipe and others performed a surface survey and collected artifacts from the site as part of a mes... more Lipe and others performed a surface survey and collected artifacts from the site as part of a mesa-wide search for areas of attraction (Lipe 2013). The apparent porosity and sherd refiring analyses and results of the Todie Flats ceramic assemblage are presented here, in relevance to the following research questions: (1) do apparent porosity percentages correlate to ware types, and (2) do ware traditions or temper types vary in associated oxidized sherd colors?
