Developments brought about by information and communication technology and its increasing application in accounting information system has resulted to more risk exposures faced by business organizations, particularly risks associated with computer crimes and frauds, in addition to audit trail absence. Effective handling of risk is necessary for reduction in auditors’ liability and enhancement of audited financial statements reliability for decision making. The study examines implications of business risks on audit risk and various tools used for audit in a computerized accounting system environment. Exploratory and descriptive research methods were adopted involving application of central limit theorem and KolmogorovSmirnov test for treatment of data gathered through questionnaire administered to forty external auditors in public practice. The catastrophic event of 1971 separation of East Pakistan is great riddle for researchers. Large number of books and articles are available on this issue, but the quest of truth is still prevailing in the academic sphere. The estimated numbers of causalities are the main controversial point in the minds of people especially the concerned parties. Bangladesh side claims that there were massive war crimes from the Pakistani army including torture, killing and rapes. Where the Pakistan stance is different due to the responsibility burden, Pakistan consider Bangladesh stance as an exaggeration and denunciation. Indian side also back Bangladesh's propaganda due to its rivalry with Pakistan. Neutral observers provide some use full details on the death toll of 1971 which is more near to the stance of effected party. Some of the writers declare it great deception from Pakistan army which undermines the causalities. Some claim it as ethnic cleansing or genocide. The purpose of this research is to present the true picture of war Realities which would be more balanced and neutral description of 1971. Both primary and secondary data has been taken from government reports, research articles, newspapers etc.

Coenzyme Q (CoQ) is an essential component of the mitochondrial electron transport chain and an antioxidant in plasma membranes and lipoproteins. It is endogenously produced in all cells by a highly regulated pathway that involves a mitochondrial multiprotein complex. Defects in either the structural and/or regulatory components of CoQ complex or in non-CoQ biosynthetic mitochondrial proteins can result in a decrease in CoQ concentration and/or an increase in oxidative stress. Besides CoQ 10 deficiency syndrome and aging, there are chronic diseases in which lower levels of CoQ 10 are detected in tissues and organs providing the hypothesis that CoQ 10 supplementation could alleviate aging symptoms and/or retard the onset of these diseases. Here, we review the current knowledge of CoQ 10 biosynthesis and primary CoQ 10 deficiency syndrome, and have collected published results from clinical trials based on CoQ 10 supplementation. There is evidence that supplementation positively affects mitochondrial deficiency syndrome and the symptoms of aging based mainly on improvements in bioenergetics. Cardiovascular disease and inflammation are alleviated by the antioxidant effect of CoQ 10. There is a need for further studies and clinical trials involving a greater number of participants undergoing longer treatments in order to assess the benefits of CoQ 10 treatment in metabolic syndrome and diabetes, neurodegenerative disorders, kidney diseases, and human fertility.
