IMPROVING QUALITY OF EDUCATION IN WEST AFRICA

Organizational Learning (OL) as a new trend deals with the strategy of "Problem Solving" . One of the problems jeopardizing the Educational Organizations is Examinations' cheating. This paper is a model of  applying the technique of solving the problem of " Examination's cheating".
