Resumo:O presente trabalho promove uma discussão sobre a interdisciplinaridade do meio ambiente, perpassando pela ótica da ciência geográfica até a sua proteção no arcabouço jurídico. Para auferir seus objetivos contextualiza-se no decorrer dos tempos a intrínseca relação dicotômica do homem e da natureza, buscando explicitar as transformações socioeconômicas, culturais, políticas e jurídicas que se delineam nesse amplo processo interconectado. Desde a mais primitiva das sociedades, homem e natureza mantêm intrínsecas relações. No limiar do século XXI as ciências humanas e sociais enfrentam novos desafios, frente a produção fragmentada do conhecimento. O processo interdisciplinar é uma medida integradora, capaz de favorecer a dimensão social que a ciência fragmentada não possibilita. Sabe-se que a Geografia detém um conhecimento acumulado no decorrer dos séculos, por sua vez o Direito Ambiental, é um fenômeno recente na história da humanidade. Muito embora sejam ciências com características próprias e distintas, e de utilizarem nomenclaturas distintas, é possível afirmar que ambos têm o mesmo objeto de estudo, resguardadas algumas considerações. Em razão do caráter teórico deste trabalho, utiliza-se a pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, crivadas a um processo analítico e sistemático. No que tange às contribuições esperadas, busca-se um estudo sistematizado da relação homem-natureza, de modo a contribuir para uma reflexão sobre o desenvolvimento humano e da ciência geográfica e jurídica ambiental. Assim, no âmbito teórico, coteja-se demonstrar aos profissionais envolvidos na temática exposta, que da interação homem-natureza existem aspectos econômicos, sociais e jurídicos que se interrelacionam numa matriz multiescalar e multitemporal. Com isso, aspira-se que as conclusões do estudo possam subsidiar novos projetos e fundamentar uma concepção em que homem e natureza são concebidos como parte de um mesmo processo constituído de diferenças.

Abstract: The present work promotes an discussion on the interdisciplinarity of the environment, traversing for the optics of geographic science until its protection in framework legal. To gain its objectives contextualizes in elapsing of the times the intrinsic dichotomy relation of the man and the nature, being searched to explicit the socioeconomic, cultural transformations, legal politics and that if delineate in this ample interconnected process. Since most primitive of the societies, man and nature keep intrinsic relations. In the threshold of century XXI sciences social human beings and face new challenges, front the fragmented production of the knowledge. The process to interdisciplinary is a measure integrator, capable to favor the dimension social that fragmented science does not make possible. Know that Geography withholds a knowledge accumulated in elapsing of the centuries, in turn the Environmental Law, is a recent phenomenon in the history of the humanity. Much even so is sciences with proper and distinct characteristics, and to use distinct nomenclatures, is possible to affirm that both have study object the same, protected some regard. In reason of the theoretical character of this work, it is used documentary bibliographical research and, riddled to an analytical and systematic process. In what it refers to the waited contributions, one searchs a study systemize of the relation man-nature, in order to contribute for a reflection on the human development and of ambient geographic and legal science. Thus, in the theoretical scope, seek to demonstrate to the professionals involved in the thematic one displayed, who of the interaction man-nature exist economic aspects, social and legal that if interrelated in a matrix to multiscale and multiweather. With this, aspirated that the conclusions of the study can subsidize new projects and base a conception where man and nature are conceived as part of one same consisting process of differences.

Emotions matter a great deal in politics, in South Asia as elsewhere, because they have the power to mobilise. A growing number of scholarly works show that emotions, both negative (fear, anger, hatred, disgust, grief, sadness, indignation, shame, guilt, resentment) and positive (trust, compassion, love, pride, pleasure, joy) have explanatory power regarding the shape and trajectory of political mobilisations. However, this exciting new literature suffers, we argue, from three important weaknesses. First, it deals almost exclusively with Western politics and societies. It thus suffers from an ethnocentric bias in the conceptualisation both of emotions and their political role. Second, the theoretical and methodological difficulties involved in defining, observing and analysing emotions are not adequately addressed. Third, only rarely does this literature build on empirical, inductive and contextual observation of the political role of emotions, to test the validity of dominant generalisations of the causality link between emotion and action. This chapter discusses these three research gaps and introduces the discussion on the specific value of South Asia for cross-cultural comparisons of the relationship between emotions and mobilisation, a relationship here encapsulated in the notion of 'contentious emotions'.

The article is an attempt to present the reflexive approach in its auto/biographic form. In this context two representative reflexive essays featured in Volume 4 of the periodical “Educational Sciences. Interdisciplinary Studies” (“NOWIS”) are interpreted. Additionally, the text shows the problem of distance and proximity appearing among different perspectives of conducting educational-biographic research.
