This research study seeks to measure the impact of e-banking on commercial banking operations. With our case study being UBA Bank Cameroon, we will set out to examine the relationship between e-banking services and the profitability of the banking institution and also to identify the difference between those who use E-banking Services and Counter Service. We will use the T-test model and a simple correlation model to establish a relationship between e-banking services and the profitability of the banking institution whilst also establishing the difference between customers who use e-banking services and customers who use the counter service. In conducting this research, we will use both primary and secondary data. Furthermore, quantitative and descriptive methods of analysis will be adopted to examine the impact of e-banking services on the profitability of the banking institution.

Financial service providers has benefited from technological advancements by introducing Electronic banking (or e-Banking) which allows its customers to conduct financial transactions on a secured website operated by the institution. The purpose of this study is to assess the impacts of electronic banking in Ecobank Ghana Limited, Accra. Questionnaires were administered to selected customers and staffs of the bank to obtain their perspectives on e-Banking. According to the study, customer satisfaction and competition from other banks were the main influencing factors for e-Banking adoption. Though its adoption came with advantages, it is also fraught with institutional based challenges (such as high bank charges, frequent network failure, wrong debit and limit on amount of cash withdrawal) and user based challenges. The most appreciated features of this evolution is the ability to perform non-transactional tasks, time saving, giving easy access to financial account details, reducing the long queues in banking halls and swiftness in banking transactions. The study thus recommends the adoption of electronic banking to traditional banking.

Purpose-With the popularity of mobile devices and new technologies, such as NFC, mobile payment, which is taking the place of credit cards and cash as the chief payment method, is attracting more and more attention. Thus, this paper aims to investigate the main determinants of mobile payment use intention and proposes a model of mobile payment adoption, integrating mindfulness as a major factor. Design/methodology/approach-Data for the study were collected through an online survey of a representative sample of 414 users in the United States and 380 in Spain. Structural equation modelling (SEM) was used to verify the validity of the variables and the relationships among them. Findings-The results showed that mindfulness, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, subjective norms and attitude have significant influence on mobile payment use intention. Research limitations/implications-The present study is based on samples from only the United States and Spain, which limits generalization of the results. The notion of mindfulness is new in mobile payment adoption research, so future studies should analyze in more detail and in depth its effect on these adoption processes. Originality/value-This is the first study to incorporate mindfulness into a mobile payment adoption process. Incorporating mindfulness complements traditional variables to show how users address the adoption process (e.g. novelty seeking, engagement, anxiety, attention paid).

There are various approaches to the measure quality of e-services. They have mentioned many dimensions of e-service quality provided by service organisations i.e. banking, restaurant, investment, trade etc. However, sometimes there may be confusions in selecting appropriate dimensions to assess e-services. Therefore, in the present paper author has tried to identify some important dimensions of service quality through extensive review of literature which can be used to assess overall quality of e-service. According to this review author found that, System availability, e-fulfilment, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, responsiveness, assurance, convenience and contact, perceived value and brand reputation are most important service quality dimensions which can be use to assess service quality of e-service and customers' satisfaction in e-service settings.

Zaprezentowane są dwa artykuły zamieszczone w czasopiśmie "Tezaurus" wydawanym dla pracowników i klientów banku BPH. Pierwszy z tych artykułów (którego tytuł nawiązuje do starorzymskiej zasady wyjaśniania wszystkiego dokładnie i od początku) opisuje prace projektowe i wdrożeniowe związane z instalowaniem w banku BPH pierwszego w Polsce scentralizowanego systemu bankowego (PROFILE). Drugi artykuł, którego współautorem był Piotr Kurowski, Dyrektor i Członek Zarządu BPH, wybiegał w przyszłość (zauważmy: było to pisane w 1995 roku) i rozważał możliwości, jakie wiążą się z wykorzystaniem w pracy banku ogólnoświatowej sieci Internet. Autorzy stwierdzili, że w Internecie nie było (w tym czasie) wiadomości o ŻADNYM polskim banku (!) i postulowali, żeby bank BPH zrobił w tym zakresie pierwszy krok - co się potem stało.

Developing a strong banking system is a image of each state. With the distinguished shortcomings and advantages of a place in the monetary system. As an independent Kosovo is strongly felt the need of creating its distinct identity and affirmation.
Although at first ATM was not well expected and left a long time use, it is nevertheless one of the most valuable devices that could hold one. In early cardholders not charged a fee, but with this network expansion became necessary because customers now can use their cards abroad. ATMs are simple electronic devices that allow people to withdraw money and check their accounts without having to go to the bank .
Using ATMs is indisputable significance for the development of the banking system of the Republic of Kosovo, even though we all know that Kosovo as a transition state has numerous and specific in terms of infrastructure , the issue of security , law infrastructure, political and more other.
