Ophthalmology assessment revealed a lesion suggestive of a retinal hemangioblastoma (retinal
angioma) on the right eye (Figure 4).
Vascular malformations include slow-flow malformations (with venous, capillary and/or lymphatic components) and fast-flow malformations (with arterial components); while vascular neoplasms undergo mitosis and include such lesions as infantile hemangioma, congenital hemangioma, kaposiform hemangioendothelioma, tufted
angioma, hemangiopericytoma, and angiosarcoma [2].
Moreover, the patient was affected by the following comorbidities: essential hypertension, chronic gastritis, congenital facial
angioma treated with sclerotherapy, and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN1).
Magnetic resonance imaging showed high intense signal in T1 and T2 of the D10 vertebral body lesion with important enhancement after gadolinium injection which was in favor of vertebral
angioma. That was confirmed by histological findings of a scan guided biopsy of the lesion (Figure 4).

We report here on a patient with a littoral cell
angioma of the spleen who displayed a severe KMS with complex diagnosis.
