How do I change my email address?

Go to your settings page, and in the box with the Email label, type in your new email address and click the Save Profile button at the bottom of the form. Once you have changed your email address, a verification email will be sent to your new email address.

How do I verify my email address?

If your email address isn't verified, go to your settings page, and next to your email address will be a link that says resend verification email. Click that link, and an email address with an activation link will be sent to the saved email address you have on file. Click the link in your email, and you'll be verified.

How do I import games from my Steam library?

A couple of things need to happen to do this:

• Login over at http://steamcommunity.com/
• Hover over your username at the top of the page and click on "profile."
• Click on "Edit Profile".
• Copy down your "Custom URL." You'll need it for your Grouvee settings in a minute.
• Back on Grouvee, go to your settings page.
• Paste your Steam Custom URL into the box labeled Steam Custom URL.
• Save your settings.
• This will kick off an initial Steam import. You will be emailed when it's finished.
• Bear with us for a little bit as we don't have every Steam game mapped to its proper Grouvee game. However, you can help us with that! When your Steam import is finished, you'll be emailed a link to a page where you can really quickly map your Steam library to their Grouvee game, and help future importers in the process!

How often will my Steam library be imported?

Once every day.

I want to keep a local copy of my data, how do I do that?

You can go to your settings page, and at the bottom of the page is a link titled "Export your collection to a CSV file." Click that, and it will spit out a CSV file of all your data. It does take a minute or two, so be patient after you click the link.

I want to display a shelf on my own website, can I do that?

Yes! Go to the page for the shelf you want to feature on your website (You can get to the shelf pages by clicking the My Games link in the navigation bar at the top of any page).

On the right side of the page is a link that says "Widget for this shelf." Click that link, and a box with the HTML and javascript you need to place on your web page will be displayed. Copy and paste that code into your website where you want to display your shelf, and you're all done!
