Sign in to Convertr and click Connected Apps and then LinkedIn in the menu at left.

Click the View button next to the name of the authorized user for your integration.

Select the form you’ve edited from those synched to Convertr and click Delete.

Click Add Connection and select your recently edited account and form so Convertr syncs the latest version.

Sign in to Driftrock and click Lead Sync in the menu at left.

Select the form you’ve edited from the Sync Name column and click the
pencil icon. -
Refresh the LinkedIn Form field and select the name of the form you just edited.

Update the field mappings for any fields you’ve edited, added, or removed and click Update Lead Sync.

Sign in to Dynamics, navigate to the LinkedIn Lead Gen menu, and click User profiles.

Click Reset Synchronization to re-sync all accounts, campaigns, forms, and form submissions for your LinkedIn account.

Click the name of your edited form to confirm that Dynamics shows the most recently updated questions or fields.

Sign in to the Campaign Canvas and open the cloud configuration tool for the LinkedIn Lead Gen object.

If you’ve already used the test lead feature, refresh the ad account and form selection.

Click the ad account dropdown, select a different ad account, and click Save.

Click into the ad account dropdown again and re-select the original ad account. You should see the form’s dropdown refreshing.

Select the original form name from the dropdown list and re-map all the fields again.

Click the +Add Form Mapping link until it disappears, which indicates that all available fields are mapped.

Sign into your Hubspot account and click the
gear icon at the top right. -
In the menu on the left, choose Ads from the Marketing dropdown.

Click the Lead Syncing tab at the top of the page.

Move your cursor over the LinkedIn account name with the form you’ve edited and click Disconnect.

To re-connect the ad account, click the Manage.

Choose LinkedIn, check the box next to the LinkedIn ad account you previously disconnected, and click Save.

Click in to your campaign and then click the Sources tab.

Locate the form you’ve edited (it should still be in a Pending state).

Click the
vertical ellipsis icon to the right and then choose Cancel Source. -
Click Save and Exit.

Click Add Source and re-add your edited form.

Confirm the fields are your edited version.

Sign in to Leadsbridge and navigate to the Bridges tab.

Click the name of the bridge for the form you’ve edited.

Refresh both the account and form name fields to see Data Loading.

Reselect the account and form, and then click Next.

Click through to the Fields Mapping screen.

Click the dropdown to find the available fields to map and ensure the latest edits are displayed.

Remap the fields as necessary and click Next.

After editing your Lead Gen Form, you can test your existing Make scenario by submitting a new lead via your updated form.

The updated fields will become visible in the Get a Form Response module when the lead arrives to Make.

You’ll likely need to update your mappings to reflect your form changes in subsequent modules behind your Get a Form Response module.

Go to your Launchpoint service for LinkedIn Lead Gen forms and click through to the Accounts list.

Uncheck the box next to the account with the form you’ve edited.

Click Next and Save.

Click back into the Lead Gen Launchpoint service and click through to the Accounts list.

Check the box next to the account name and click Next.

Click Add, check the dropdown list of unmapped fields, and map any new fields or custom questions to their corresponding Marketo field.

Sign in to Setup and go to LinkedIn account settings.

Click Refresh Ad Accounts.

Click Manage LinkedIn Fields and update the field mapping.

After editing a Lead Gen Form, you can submit a new test lead immediately before updating the settings in Zapier.

Sign into your Zap and click through to the Find Data step. If you’ve already set up your Zap and have retrieved some sample data for your form, click Get More Samples to pull in a new sample lead.

Select the sample with the most recent date and confirm the edits you’ve made to the form are accurate.

When syncing the lead to your destination, ensure the field mapping is correct, for example: First Name = First Name.
