I almost gave up on Bundt cakes altogether, but I sure am glad I didn't cause this triple chocolatey cake sure was worth the wait!! It's moist and rich and full of chocolate flavor without being too heavy or dense.

I've had this recipe for ages and it's a favorite of ours! Most of us have the ingredients on hand, so it's an easy dessert to throw together and I especially like the fact that the apples don't have to be peeled! It's also a good way to use up "slightly past their prime" apples that are a little wrinkled. It turns out very moist and delicious and also freezes well.

My mum used to make this cake all the time when I was a kid.
