Drain the excess ghee and transfer the gondh to a big plate. - Roughly crush the gondh and keep it aside. - Into the same kadai add some more ghee if required and fry almonds, cashews and pistachios for 2 minutes over low heat. These instant Coconut dry fruits bites/ladoo requires no cooking and are my perfect snacks with shaam ki chai. 

Ingredients used are:

1 n half Cup Dry Coconut (chopped)
1/4 Cup Almonds 
1/4 Cup Walnuts 
1/4 Cup Pistachios 
1/2 Cup Raisins (increase the quantity if you want them sweet)

➡️ You can also use Cashews or any other dry fruits of your choice 

➡️ You can use dates for sweetness instead of raisins. I wanted to keep the texture somewhat dry which is why I used raisins. Dates will give it a sticky texture. 

➡️I did not use ghee at all as the dry coconut and nuts releases oil and that is sufficient to bind the ladoos however if you want you can add 1 tsp melted ghee.

2-3 Tbsp Cup Safed til

1 Cup Milk
2 Grated Dry Coconut
1 Cup Sugar

✅ Recipe details:

Heat 2 Tbsp Ghee & Fry Chopped Almonds, Chopped Cashews, Chopped Pistachios, 1 Tbsp Sesame seeds & 2 Tbsp Raisin for 2 minutes on low flame. In 1 Tbsp Ghee Roast 2 Grated Dry Coconuts, add 1 Cup Milk, 1 Cup Sugar, ¼ Tsp Cardamom powder, add Fried Dry fruits & raisin. Let it cool down & now shape in ladoos. Delicious ladoos are ready to enjoy.
