Joining Letter
A letter from the applicant indicating his wiliness to accept the job is offered by an employer. It may include an acknowledgement of having appointment letter also. Even if you have accepted a job over the phone, its a good idea to write a job acceptance letter to confirm the details of employment and to formally accept the job offer. An appointment letter/verbal appointment would typically include the following: A thank you for the candidates interest in the job. Why the candidate is qualified for the position. Deadline of the offer. What the candidate should do if s/he have any question(s). Their offer details including salary and other benefits.
How to write?
Address the letter to the person who offered you the position including your contact information. Make sure that your letter is well written and does not contain typos or grammatical errors.
