    VCI Pre-Consultation Workshop Today Do you still have questions about the VCI process? Today, from 2:00 until 6:00 in George Hall is your opportunity to have all of your questions answered. Rev. Phyllis Riney will be here from the conference office to prepare us for our consultation weekend. Dont miss this important event. Help pass the word! Rummage Sale Our annual Spring Rummage Sale is scheduled for this coming Saturday, April 5th from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. We are in need of your rummage. Please bring your items to the church as soon as possible. Also, volunteers are needed to help set up, clean up, and run the show.

    Community Garden Have you signed up to help with the new Wills Point Community Garden? Have you placed a donation for supplies in the red bucket? What are you waiting for? We are excited to be sponsoring this wonderful opportunity for our community!

    Look Out for Lent Lent, the holy season leading us to Easter, is traditionally a time of introspection, a time to look within to see how we can grow closer to God. But thats not what Jesus did on his journey to the cross. Jesus looked without, his heart and mind fixed on all of creation bound by sin. This year, using concepts found in the book The Externally Focused Church, we are striving to follow the example of Jesus in our Lenten journey, learning to look out, rather than within, as we seek to go deeper in our lives with God. Many of our Sunday School classes will be utilizing the book in their studies, and Dr. Watsons Lenten teaching series, Look Out for Lent, will help us as well. Lakeview Staff Opportunities Lakeview is looking for a few college students to serve as staff for a busy summer of camps. If you know of any who might be interested, let us know!0
