    PHYSICAL EDUCATION

    GRADE LEVEL: _ 7th Grade

    TEACHER: Coach Rodriguez

    AGENDA:
    1. Warm Up (7Min)
    -Stretching
    -Jumping jacks
    -Sit ups/push ups
    -Trunk Twist
    Introduction (5min)
    -Explaining each station what are the Different ways to score.
    -Demonstrate to the students so that the have a visual perspective
    -Teach good sportsmanship, such as cheering each other on or giving Each other
    high fives
    -Each station will be set up by teachers name , how many students the teacher has
    its how many are going to be in a station
    Activity (25Min)
    -There is 4 different stations we are going to utilize for the day
    Station 1 Is a Serve the only way for your team to score point is that if they serve
    behind a designated line ad properly serve the volleyball into a trash can for 5
    points.
    Station 2- Volley the Ball into a basketball Hoop . as a coach you are going to throw
    the ball in the air and students have to volley the volleyball into the basketball hoop
    for 5 points and if they miss but hit the backboard, net or rim they score 1 point.
    Station 3 Touchdown -there will be a huge pad in the middle of the gym and they
    will be in a single file line and students have to run and catch the football like
    superman into the pads if they catch they score the touchdown for 2 points.
    Station 4 Punt the students will punt the football into the trash cans provided and
    if they make it in they score 5 points.

    Objectives? TEKS
    -Cognitive: The students will gain knowledge of track concepts & performance and will
    be assessed by their participation and demonstration.
    Psychomotor: The students will conduct proper fundamentals & technique and will be
    evaluated during the unit.
    Affective: The students will participate, encourage, & exhibit teamwork and
    sportsmanship during the drills
