    Method of preparation:
    The given ingredients were taken as per their quantity.
    First of all, surfactant (Tween 80) and co-surfactant (PEG-400) were mixed
    using propeller stirrer.
    Oleic acid was taken in an another 50 ml beaker.
    Surfactant co-surfactant mixture was added in to oleic acid with
    continuous stirring by propeller stirrer.
    Then water was added drop wise in that mixture along with continuous
    stirring.

    The trapped air bubbles were removed by stirring at low speed and keeping
    it aside for few minutes.

    centrifugation.

    It was measured using conductometer.
