OBJECTIVE
I am currently enrolled at the New England Culinary Institute and am seeking a 6 month, 700 hour internship
beginning in October 2015 in order to learn and progress in the culinary field. As a previous college student
with a background in Chemistry I have shifted my focus and goals towards a more hands-on lifestyle and
during my thus short culinary career I have already excelled in a number of areas and am looking to find
new outlets for creative growth.
