If new to herb only try a small bit in case of allergy
Cold/Flu?
cold
A cold can be a stuffy nose, sore throat mild cough, feeling
tired.
Virus
Very Contagious. Lasts 2-3day
Flu?
Harsh coughing, fever, aches and pains,extreme fatigue
Lasts 7 days to several weeks.
Can be life threatening to elderly and young and underlying
illness.
Boost your immunity
1. Keep Vitamin D high.Get Sunlight, eat eggs, liver. Take D3.
2. Eat plenty of nutrients soups and bone broth rich in
minerals add a dash of ACV
3. Reduce sugar, the amount of sugar in a can of soft drink
depletes immune system by 40% for 5 hours
4. Rest, if you dont slow down you will get sick and have to.
5. Hydrate- plenty of warm drinks.
6. Move- lymph doesnt have a pump, clear lungs
7. Fresh air daily

2tsp dried herb into cup add boiling water and let sit for 10
minutes

Herbal honey-Garlic, thyme, onion, hyssop, oregano and


rosemary.
Cover herbs in honey leave for 4 weeks to several months.
Honey itself is antibacterial and expectorant.

Just pour boiling water over herbs

ACV-lymphatic cleansing
Basic Four Thieves Vinegar Recipe
Ingredients
1 tbsp organic sage leaf
1 tsp organic lavender flowers
1 tsp organic rosemary leaf
tsp organic thyme leaf
tsp organic peppercorns
16oz raw organic apple cider vinegar
Place the ingredients in a kilner jar and place in a cool dark
place for 4 weeks up to months.
Garlic
Anitviral, antibacterial, antifungal. Blood cleansing.
Carful in case irritates stomach.
Add to food.
Garlic compress for chest infection:
Crush 3 garlic cloves and mix with olive oil
Wrap in muslin cloth and place on chest.
Cover with plastic bag and towel and then a hot water bottle.
Leave for up to 30 minutes if comfortable.
CAUTION not suitable for sensitive skin or children.
Ginger-antiviral, circulatory stimulant, digestive
Tea,Candy, add to food, Bath(helps to break a fever)
Salt- neti pot, Steam, Gargle
Elder flowers and berry- antiviral and great for chest infections
Echinacea-use as soon as you feel a cold coming on
