    Subject: April 6, 2010 Planning Board Meeting

    The Chairman of the Planning Board has called a meeting of the Planning Board
    for Tuesday, April 6, 2010, at 1:30 p.m. in the City Council Chamber of City Hall.

    At that meeting, the following agenda will be discussed:

    1. Reading of the Minutes of the March 2, 2010 and March 18, 2010 Planning
    Board meetings.

    2. Subdivision – Request submitted by Stanley and Barbara Typhair and David


    Christopher to divide 200 Academy Street, Parcel No. 11-03-111 into two
    parcels. A public hearing is scheduled for 1:35 p.m.

    3. Site Plan Waiver – Request submitted by Patrick J. Scordo, P.E. of GYMO


    P.C. on behalf of Dominic Doldo of the Italian American Civic Association
    Inc. for the construction of a 704 square foot addition to the Italian American
    Civic Association at 192 Bellew Avenue, Parcel No. 8-04-122.

    4. Site Plan Waiver – Request submitted by Richard E. Alexander, Jr. for the
    construction of building additions totaling 1,621 square feet to The Inn at 81
    at 1190 Arsenal Street, Parcel No. 8-50-101.001.

    NOTE: All applicants involved in the above requests must attend this meeting. If an applicant is
    not present, the Planning Board will not act upon the individual request.

    *239-m review required by the Jefferson County Planning Board.
