    C. CITY COUNCIL TO APPROVE “INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT


    DISSOLVING THE MUNICIPAL GAS AUTHORITY OF FLORIDA.”

    D. CITY COUNCIL TO ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 2000-9;


    “RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DISSOLUTION OF THE
    MUNICIPAL GAS AUTHORITY OF FLORIDA, AND PROVIDING AN
    EFFECTIVE DATE.”

    ADJOURNMENT.

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, PURSUANT TO FLORIDA STATUTES,


    286.0105, THAT ANY PERSON DECIDING TO APPEAL ANY
    DECISION OF THE CITY COUNCIL WITH RESPECT TO ANY
    MATTER CONSIDERED AT THE MEETING WILL NEED A RECORD
    OF THAT MEETING AND MAY NEED TO ENSURE THAT A
    VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS IS MADE; WHICH
    RECORD INCLUDES THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON
    WHICH THE APPEAL IS TO BE BASED.
