    A. PUBLIC HEARING AND FINAL READING – ORDINANCE NO. 793

    AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PERRY, FLORIDA, REALTING TO AN


    AMENDMENT OF TEN OR LESS ACRES OF LAND TO THE FUTURE LAND USE
    PLAN MAP OF THE CITY OF PERRY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, PURSUANT TO AN
    APPLICATION BY THE PROPERTY OWNER OF SAID ACREAGE, UNDER THE
    AMENDMENT PROCEDURES ESTABLISHED IN SECTIONS 163.3161 THROUGH
    163.3215, FLORIDA STATUTES; PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE IN LAND USE
    CLASSIFICATION FROM INDUSTRIAL TO COMMERCIAL OF CERTAIN LANDS
    WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF PERRY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING
    SEVERABILITY; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING
    AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

    AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PERRY, FLORIDA, RELATING TO THE


    REZONING OF LESS THAN TEN CONTIGUOUS ACRES OF LAND, PURSUANT TO
    AN APPLICATION BY THE PROPERTY OWNER OF SAID ACREAGE; AMENDING
    THE OFFICIAL ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY OF PERRY LAND DEVELOPMENT
    REGULATIONS; PROVIDING FOR REZONING FROM COMMERCIAL GENERAL (CG)
    TO COMMERCIAL INTENSIVE (CI), AND FROM INDUSTRIAL, LIGHT AND
    WAREHOUSING (ILW) TO COMMERCIAL INTENSIVE (CI) OF CERTAIN LANDS
    WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF PERRY, FLORIDA, PROVIDING
    SEVERABILITY; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING
    AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, PURSUANT TO FLORIDA STATUTES, 286.0105, THAT ANY PERSON
    DECIDING TO APPEAL ANY DECISION OF THE CITY COUNCIL WITH RESPECT TO ANY
    MATTER CONSIDERED AT THE MEETING WILL NEED A RECORD OF THAT MEETING AND
    MAY NEED TO ENSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS IS MADE;
    WHICH RECORD INCLUDES THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH THE APPEAL IS
    TO BE BASED.
