    needed for listing all the
    needed shots for the music
    video. This gives us a good
    indication of what shots we
    need to film for our music
    video.
    Storyboards This is to
    show the general visual
    ideas for the advert with
    text explaining whats
    happening in each shot.
    Contingency Plan A plan
    of problems that could
    occur during the
    preproduction, production
    and post production of the
    advert and how they can be
    resolved.
    Budget To list everything
    thats needed for the music
    video. Where we got it and
    how much it cost. These go
    for camera equipment,
    props and costumes,
    actors, director, camera
    operator, sound recorder,
    travels and
    food/refreshments.
    Risk assessment This is
    for taking into account any
    health and safety issues
    that could occur during
    filming.

    the dates we filmed the
    shots for our music video.
    These days were the 27
    and 28th of april, 4th, 10th
    and 11th of may. The length
    of each filming session was
    around an hour long for
    each one so it didnt take
    too long to gather our
    shots.
    Editing dates - These are
    the dates that me and
    Jordan decided to edit the
    footage for the music video.
    We tried to make both the
    editing and filming dates
    the same number.
