    StudentsareexpectedtohavestudiedtheTextbookofNeonatalResuscitation,6th
    Editionbeforebeginningtheonlineexam.Youmayalsorefertothetextbookwhile
    takingtheexam.

    Thereareninelessonsintheexam.SuccessfulcompletionofLessons14and
    Lesson9istheminimumrequirementfromtheAAP.
    Youmayberequiredtocompleteadditionallessons.Pleasecheckwithyour
    institutionoraskyourinstructorifyouareunsurewhichlessonstocomplete.

    PassingtheExam

    Aminimumscoreof80%isrequiredtopassalesson.
    Allrequiredlessonsmustbesuccessfullycompletedinordertopasstheexam.
    Ifyoufailalesson,youcanretakeitonce.
    Ifyoufailalessontwice,youwillfailtheentireexamandmustpurchaseanew
    examandrestartfromthebeginning.

    Afterbeginningtheexam,youhave14daystocompleteit.After14days,thetest
    becomesinvalidandanotherexammustbepurchased.
    Afterpassingtheexam,youmustattendtheNRPinstructorledportionofthecourse
    within30days.After30days,youmustrepurchaseandcompleteanewexam.

    TimingIssuesto

    CompleteoptionalLessons(58)beforecompletingLesson9.OnceLesson9is
    passed,theexamiscompleteandnootherlessonscanbeaccessed.
    HealthStreamcannotreopenacompletedexamafterthelastrequiredlessonis
    submitted,andwillnotprovidearefundornewexamaccess.
    Youmayrefertothetextbookwhiletakingtheexam.
    AlessonisnotscoreduntilyouclicktheSubmitbutton.Beforesubmittingalesson
    forgrading,youcanskipquestionsandgobacktothemlater,orchangeanswersto
    yourquestion.

    Exam Completion Certificate

    Aftercompletingtheexamination,youwillreceiveanexamcompletioncertificate.Bringthiswith
    youtotheNRPcourse,andgiveittoyourinstructor.Ifyouareunabletoprovidetheexam
    completioncertificate,theinstructorisunabletoincludeyouonacourserosterandyouwillnot
    receiveanNRPcoursecompletioncard.
