    Our First Annual

    Sweetheart Supper & Basket Auction


    Friday, February 11th
    6 pm until 8 pm at Ponderosa Elementary School
    Attention Ponderosa Panda Families:
    Introducing our first Family Dinner Night! Instead of going to the restaurant, let the restaurant
    come to Ponderosa. Your PTA will be holding its very first EVENT fundraiser. The Pasta Dinner will be
    catered by Carino’s and will include your choice of Pasta with Salad, Bread, and a drink. Other events will
    include a performance by our very own choir, a silent auction, cake walk, and fundraising sales by
    vendors. There will be a limited number of tickets sold at the door. All proceeds will benefit PES Students
    and Teachers, so come support your school! Please return the bottom of this form with payment to the
    office or your teacher by 1/31/11.

    Here are the details:


     Dinner: There will be two dinner sittings, either 6pm or 7pm. Seating is limited. We will make
    every effort to accommodate your preference. Cost is $4 for kids 3-12 yrs, $8 for 13 yrs and up,
    kids 2 and under are free. You will be notified if we cannot accommodate your time preference.

     Cake Walk: Baked goods will be donated and we need your help! The cake walk will be from 6-
    8pm. Cost will be $1 for 5 tickets

     Silent Basket Auction: Each classroom is choosing a theme. Your room parent should be in touch
    with you shortly to arrange donations of items

     Volunteers – you are greatly needed and appreciated. Please let us know if there is ANYTHING
    you can do to help!!
