1. Turn Lights On 2. Turn on music (Top 40s) 3. Turn TV On 4. Check all trash bags 5. Wipe down all tables & chairs 6. Wipe down windows & front door 7. Spray Fabreez Thai Dragon Fruit 8. Wipe down all machines/trays 9. Clean and refill water cooler! 10. Straighten all dry and cold topping stations o Refill if needed 11. Turn on coffee machine o Refill if needed 12. Reach-In temperature check 13. Walk-In cooler temperature check 14. Walk-In freezer temperature check 15. Organize coffee/waffle cone counter 16. Wipe down POS stations 17. Ensure all cups are restocked 18. Ensure bathrooms ready: o Wipe down sink and mirror o Check towel dispenser o Check toilet paper dispenser o Fabreez the bathrooms 19. Check all employee uniforms

Walk-In cooler temperature check 13. Walk-In freezer temperature check 14. Organize and clean coffee/waffle counter 15. Wipe down POS stations 16. Restock yogurt cups 17. Clean the bathrooms: o Wipe down sink and mirror o Refill towel dispenser o Refill toilet paper dispenser
Closing - Money
1. Print cash drawer report receipt 2. Count the drawer ($300) 3. Deposit money into autobank o User #: 2 o PW: 1234 4. Save autobank reciept 5. Batch the credit card purchases 6. Print off CC batch report 7. Scan all receipts & file 8. MANAGER: create sales report
