Membership for All The Williamsport YMCA wants its benefits to be accessible to everyone regardless of age, background, ability or income. Our financial assistance program is provided to those individuals who would like to join the YMCA but do not have the financial resources to pay the full membership fee. United Way The Williamsport Branch YMCA is a program Partner with the Lycoming County United Way. Through donations from our community, the United Way and many friends of the Y, scholarships may be available to those who cannot afford Y fees. Please call or stop by the Y for an application.

INFANT - TODDLER PRESCHOOL Whether it is loving care for a newborn or safe, supervised, educational experiences for toddlers and preschoolers, the dedicated professional staff of the YMCA are ready to help your child grow and develop to his or her full potential. SILVERSNEAKERS FITNESS PROGRAM The Silver Sneakers Fitness Program is a FREE adult membership offered in partnership to Senior Citizens and disabled persons with select health plans. Check out our website or front desk for classes and times. FLEXIBILITY N FUNCTION A mat and stability ball class designed specifically for older adults focusing on the full body. SILVER SNEAKERS MUSCULAR STRENGTH AND RANGE OF MOVEMENT Chair based-class for older adults to improve participants functional capacities, physical fitness level, and sense of well-being. SILVER SNEAKERS CARDIO CIRCUIT Advanced class for older adults, designed to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance capacity as well as agility, balance, and coordination.

YOUTH ROLLER HOCKEY Begins Sept 20 Equipment Requirements: HECC approved helmet with face shield, mouth guard, elbow pads, pants, shin guards, inline skates, sport court wheels, stick, gloves, and protective cup. Shoulder pads and girdle are recommended but not required. Due to donations, some equipment may be available for use for some participants. (Subject to sizes and availability on first come first serve basis) Thurs 6-8pm $45 ITTY BITTY SPORTS This program teaches young children the basic skills needed to play sports. The emphasis of Itty Bitty Sports is to help children learn those skills while playing fun games. They will develop motor skills as well as early social skills. The focus will be on one sport each week. Ages 3-5 October 4 (5 weeks) Thurs. 5:15-6:00pm Member $20 Non Member $25
This class will introduce and expand on a childs soccer skills, introducing offensive and defensive techniques. Class teaches teamwork and helps develop social skills.

VOLLEYBALL Two co-ed divisions to meet all skills levels: Recreational and Power B. Rosters consist of 12 players with six-on six competitive play. Recreational: Mondays (begins Sept 10) 6:15-9pm Power B: Tuesdays (begins Sept 11) 6:15-9pm PICKLE-BALL LEAGUE Players use oversized ping-pong type paddles and a plastic ball on a badminton court. Hitting strokes are similar to tennis. Sept. 6 Thurs 11:00-12:30pm Member $12 Non Member $40 RACQUETBALL & WALLEYBALL Contact the front desk to reserve the courts.
