On May 27, 2010, the Court held a hearing on the emergency motion (the Motion) filed by Westcliff Medical Laboratories,

Inc. (Westcliff) and BioLabs, Inc. (BioLabs), the Chapter 11 debtors and debtors in possession herein (jointly, the

Debtors), seeking the entry of an order authorizing the Debtors to: (1) pay pre-petition wages, (2) honor pre-petition accrued vacation and sick leave benefits as described herein, and (3) reimburse related their employees in the for pre-petition course accrued of the businessDebtors

Having considered the Motion and the evidence submitted in support thereof, and the arguments of counsel made during the hearing, and having found notice to have been appropriate under the circumstances and the relief requested necessary to avoid immediate and irreparable harm, and for the reasons set forth on the record: THE COURT HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS: 1. the Motion is granted in its entirety except as Appearances were as set forth

employee shall receive in value over $10,950 on account of such pre-petition claims; 3. petition provided that the Debtors shall not pay accrued prevacation and/or sick leave hours upon an employees

termination without prior order of this Court; and 4. to the extent that any employees should have allowed

claims based on such accrued pre-petition vacation and/or sick leave hours, such pre-petition claims shall only be paid in

accordance with the terms of a confirmed plan of reorganization or further order of this Court. IT IS SO ORDERED. ###
