Ask Terrapin!
Myles Mathis How big is this camp? . And why cant boys come? April 1 at 7:36pm
Thanks for the questions, Myles. Camp Pisgah sits on 160 acres of woodland in Brevard, NC just outside the Pisgah National Forest. Just imagine the football field of your favorite professional team now imagine 121 of those football fields laying side-by-side! THAT is how big Camp Pisgah, so to speak! As for your second question well, Myles Camp Pisgah is an all-girls camp, founded 60 years ago by local girl scouts and has been a part of the scouting experience in the region ever since. Boys are invited to special events, like Family Fun Day in June and Family Camp in August. Otherwise, this is a girls only zone! Sorry.
