Stipulated date of comp.: 26/09/13 Expected date/Actual date of comp.: 31/03/2014 Estimated cost: Rs.2132600000.00 Tendered cost: Rs. 2127600000.00 Physical status of work as on date: Financial status of work as on date: The above said work was awarded to M/S Larsen & Toubro Ltd (Construction) , vide work order no. GIDC/XEN/BRH/AB/25MGD/1799 Dt. 10/09/12 with a time limit of 12 (Twelve) months to complete the work on or before 26-09-2013. The agency has resumed the work immediately after issue of work order, but could not complete it within the scheduled date of completion of work. The reasons put forth by the agency for extension of time limit are as under. 1. X 2. Y 3. Z The agency has applied for extension in time limit within the meaning of clause 6 vides their letter dated: 26/08/2013 wef 27th Sept. 2013 to 31st March 2014 i.e. extension of time limit requires for 186 days.
Necessary Performa (clause 2 and annexure A) are enclosed duly filled in and signed in with clear recommendation to grant clear time limit extension for 186 days i.e. up to 31.03.2014 without levy of compensation. This is submitted for further needful doing in to matter please.
