Examination and assessment of evidence obtained from one or more of the following: .1 approved in-service The handling of dangerous, hazardous experience and harmful cargoes complies with .2 approved training ship international regulations and experience .3 approved recognized standards and codes of safe simulator training, where practice appropriate Communications are clear, understood and consistently successful
Inspect and report defects and damage to cargo spaces, hatch covers and ballast tanks
