OVERVIEW
Launched last year as the JX35, the QX60 is
renamed for 2014. It shares underpinnings
with the Nissan Pathfinder and includes
standard V6 power and front-wheel drive; all-
wheel drive is available. The cabin includes
middle row sliding/reclining seats with good
access to the third row. But, overall cargo
space is limited. QX60 customers will need to
opt for multiple packages to match the Enclave
Premium luxury and technology.
ENCLAVE PREMIUM ADVANTAGES
More luxury and convenience Unlike the
Enclave Premium, the QX60 requires option
packages for Remote Vehicle Start, cooled
front seats, a wood-trimmed steering wheel,
parking assist and luggage side rails.
Superior comfort and versatility
Enclave Premium has front seats with
more adjustment capability, standard
second row captains chairs, a roomier
third row and more overall shoulder
room and hip room. The QX60 cant
match Enclaves cargo dimensions
or its available 8-passenger seating.

ENCLAVE PREMIUM ADVANTAGES
Superior connectivity and device
integration The QX60s standard
infotainment system has fewer speakers,
lacks a touch screen and is far less
capable than Enclaves Buick IntelliLink
system. The QX60 requires optional
audio and navigation packages
for Bluetooth streaming capabilities
and voice recognition for audio and
navigation features. Other standard
features on Enclavelike HD Radio,
multiple USB charging ports, text-to-voice
capability and embedded internet radio
appsarent offered on the QX60.
Superior telematics system plus
navigation The Infiniti Connection
telematics service on the QX60 requires
an optional navigation system. Enclave
also wins with its standard navigation
aidOnStar with Turn-by-Turn
Navigation and RemoteLink,
which has more capability than
the Infiniti Connection app.

ENCLAVE PREMIUM ADVANTAGES
Better response and regular fuel Enclave
outperforms the QX60 with more power
and more torque delivery at lower rpm
for better acceleration response. The
QX60s Continuously Variable Transmission
has been criticized by reviewers for its
sluggish, straining response during passing
maneuvers. Enclaves 6-speed automatic
transmission shifts smoothly with quick
response. Enclave also uses regular gas
instead of premium.
Diagnostics support included OnStar
Vehicle Diagnostics is included on every
Enclave. The AcuraLink Connect offers
diagnostics but requires an optional
navigation system on the MDX.
Better handling Enclave Premium 1SNs
larger 19" wheels and tires enhance
handling response. Enclave also has larger
brakes than the QX60 that provide confident
control behind the wheel. The QX60 has
also been criticized for its steering, which
has been called excessively numb.
