    The Attractors Must have a full package of Everything!
    3 BASIC Generation Archology
    1) Crowding 60,000 in one compound space.
    2) Renewable Energy Open up the Love( xp) to the Sun.
    3) Packaging your attractions.

    The Building accommodates 60,000max How Big? The Size? Outline the Volume? Length?
    *Regardless the height and size, as long as it can accommodate 60,000 max*
    *Mistake* So far.. we only considering the aspect of attractors on Entertainment and leisure
    Only.

    1. The Stakeholders

    - Identify what are their needs and what can we offer that match their needs.
    - Cannot provide that we think are attractive to us without considering what their needs are.
    - E.G The Investors, Experts, Researchers, Academic institutions, those who are looking for
    entertainment, those who are wealthy investors.
    - They are not looking for Entertainment and Caf.
    - They only want a Good Infrastructure, good facilities, good market, good networking. This
    kind will attract them and come to our structure not cinema and all.
    - If we provide attraction without considering their needs there will be a MISMATCH, we
    might not be able to attract them and satisfying them.
    - Good to have a leisure entertainment, but, only for spare time but in working hour they will
    be in a work place.

    2. The security Must be gurenteed!

    - Something not an attraction but it is an Attractor.
    - Inviting 60,000 to come to our structure, but what will happen to them.
    - E.g Manila Struck by Typhoon, Acheh & Thailand Tsunami no tourist wants to go there,
    because the structure of building is no longer safe and secure!
    - E.g Disease! The most dangerous that could happen to 60,000 people under 1 roof. It just
    need 1 person and everyone get it!. Because of the waste and contagious.
    - Must have a Proper waste management system!
    - We must provide any form of security e.g Guards? Security of building and all form of
    security that we can think off. Pls..



    3. Packaging
    - How we gonna package our attractors? How we attract people to come to our structure?
    -E.g Caf! Aim: must be able to attract people Forever(?) in a self-sustaining way.
    The caf must be UNIQUE, MODERN, SPECIAL & Much much much BETTER!
    -Cenima! Can lie down in bed(?) 5D motion, more special than others, instead buying popcorn why
    not Pizza(?) anything! That only Brunei can have!.


    4. How to make all the sub component accessible and eliminate the feeling of having to walk such
    a long distance.
    - All attractors e.g caf & park make sure UNIQUE, DIFFERENT, SPECIAL AND A LOT BETTER.
    - E.g Our Bridge 100m Super long we provide Train to transport people, escalators, a walk path,
    bicycle(?).
    - We must eliminate the feeling of having to walk a long distant! How?!
    - By providing a very beautiful park, aquarium and a caf along the long bridge SO PEOPLE WILL
    FORGET THAT THEY ARE WALKING(?).
    - We want to make people walk in our structure and not using CARS! SO we provide some
    distraction for them.. ohh Distance~~ ==


    5. Must have Brunei Identity in Our Building structure .

    -Must have our own Identity that cannot be found some else.
    - Westerners not come here for Clubbing and see high rise building but they want to go and look for
    every culture.
    - Culture? Making them to be part of Brunei? Feels welcome? Outfit? Activities? Valuable moment?
    Cultural site? Aspect like teaching them how to make Brunei traditional Food? Congkak and Kikik. Try
    Brunei water taxi? Cultural centre - Gallery food and love. Brunei traditional theatre, performance,
    drama, music all you can think off.



    *AS we know, you know and I know* we might live with others 60,000 STRANGERS with different
    PERSONALITIES IN A CONFINE SPACE.
    - Same face, same wall, same colour and bored. Dull. Lebar.
    Must MODULAR!
    - Everything can be made in a several arrangement.
    - That can be re-configuring.
    - Can be different everyday not bored structure.
    - Making furniture wall re configurable that have the abilities to re arrange itself.
    - E.g brick wall change to mirror or glass as to create ILLUSION of space.
    - Just to avoide the fear of a small space or feeling discomfort because living with others
    60,000 strangers in a small place.
