and showed, was Reserve Senior Champion, he placed second in his
Paraders and was awarded Reserve Champion Herdsperson in the
Intermediate Section. Jack also won the overall Champion Junior Judge

FROM THE STUDENT ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

It has been a very busy and diverse end to Term 3 for the boys. Judging
by the photographs everyone had a great time at Camp, even in
inclement weather! There has also been some exceptional feedback
from organisations involved with Community Service. For the past four
days the boys have been involved with Australian Business Week. Click
here to see what they got up to.
Winter Sport and co curricular colours have been finalised and these
will be advertised early in Term 4 along with the academic colours once
they are finalised. Students will be able to hand in their blazers at the
end of Term 4 so that they can be embroidered and collected for the
start of the 2015 school year.
Womens Community Shelters are setting up the Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Womens Shelter. WCS is a
philanthropic not-for-profit organisation which works with local communities to establish shelters
to support homeless women. Knox are running a 'Just 1' gift in kind donation to the shelter
opening next month. If every family in the Knox community could donate one household item
like a tube of toothpaste, pillowcase or a can of food we could furnish and supply the Hornsby
Ku-ring-gai Womens Shelter making it a successful opening. Boys or parents can drop off their
donation item on Thursday 9th October to the Administration Building, 7 Woodville Avenue.
Enjoy a well earned break everyone and I look forward to seeing you all in Term 4, revitalised and
ready to go!
