Pancake breakfast TODAY!

Catholic Services appeal TODAY!

Today at all Masses we will have envelopes for you to pledge or

donate to the Catholic Services Appeal for 2015-2016. This
collection goes toward a number of programs and initiatives within
the Diocese of Austin, including campus ministry. The UCC
receives a $70,000 subsidy annually taken from funds collected
during this appeal. The UCCs goal is $5,800 this year with a
special challenge goal of $6,342. Please give generously!

In what concrete ways are you living your faith

through service to others?

As we experience difficulties and challenges in life, we must

remember that Jesus is there sending his angels, his messengers, to
draw us in. Our encounter with Christ calls us to long for and
cling to him. What are the things upon which I rely rather than
clinging to Christ? Christ is always near and closest in our need.

Paulist visitation November 6-20

Paulists to a foundation to see how things are
going and to report back to the General Council.

Gibbons and Frank Desiderio, who will be visiting
St. Austin and Horseshoe Bay as well. They want
to hear from our community, so we hope that as many of you as
possible will be able to attend the appropriate meeting with them.
