thermistor on the stage. Let TEC work at three
different temperatures, and use standard meter to
measureyoursensorresistancesandtemperatures

controlloop,letitworkinconstantresistancemode.
Set controller at three different resistances and
measure the stage temperatures using a standard
thermometer.
