    Respected Sir,
    With due respectfully and humbly it is submitted that I have been performing my
    job in WAPDA as a Sub-Engineer(c) since five years and now posted in your project.
    But point is that the departmental NOC is required for those who have crossed
    age limit which is 28 years maximum limit. As a matter of the fact, I have applied for
    departmental NOC because my age is above 28 years.
    It is therefore kindly requested that kindly grant me departmental NOC so as I
    can be eligible for these posts which are mentioned above.
