NCO Training
All personnel must attend BPs New Contractor Orientation prior to
work on the site. Training includes Security, Clean Room Protocol,
General
Policies,
Emergency
Response,
Hazardous
Badge Process
Worksite Entry Pass (WEP) badge shall be issue to all the
employees involve in this project.
Employees who have attended orientation and NCO session shall be
granted for the WEP badge producing with below listed required
valid documents:
Photocopy of Malaysia Identification Card (IC)
Photocopy with company verification stamping of Passport for
foreigner (required to produce undertaking cover letter)
Photocopy of CIDB card
BP EHS department deserve all the rights to reject the WEP badge application
in the event of failure by the applicant to fulfill necessity requirements.
Attempts to produce forgery and falsification documents or supporting evidence
shall lead to access disagreement and case shall be further to local authority, if
needed.

Construction Vicinity
Generally, the entire construction site shall be categorized and
manage into two (2) different stages:
PPE Zone- Mainly covers all the worksite and entrance to the
worksite
NON PPE Zone- Site Office and pathways to the office, rest area,
caf, smocking zone and Medical intention room (1st Aid Room).
Note: Overall site PPE Zone mapping shall be posted at the main
entrance to the construction site.

The Subcontractor must carry out all their work in accordance with BP
work procedures and requirement, statutory legislation, including but not
limited to:

Occupational Safety and Health Act, 1994 and Regulations

Factories and Machinery Act, 1967 and Regulations
3.4 Environmental Quality Act 1974 and Regulations

These work scope do not exempt Subcontractors for their statutory duties
on Environment, Health, & Safety, but are intended to assist them in
attaining a high standard of compliance with those duties.
