Building Management Service Agreement

In consideration of the mutual promises set forth below, the parties agrees as
follows:
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The Contractor will render services enumerated
below every Monday to Friday 08:00am to 05:30pm:
Provides regular reports to management regarding status of the
building, utilities and services;
Recommends for approval the ordering of supplies, materials,
equipment and services;
Ensures that all building occupants comply with the policies and
procedures of the building;
Administers the lease document between the owner and the tenant;
Sort out quotation and process requisition requests for materials
needed in building maintenance;
Process and create payment vouchers for settlement of cash advances
in accounting dept.;
In-charge of marketing and leasing of the building;
Over-all in charge of facilities and maintenance of the building
Performs related duties as assigned by the management.
CONTRACTOR'S FEE. In consideration of the services to be performed by the
Contractor, the PRINCIPAL agrees to compensate the CONTRACTOR for the
services in the amount of Php 30,190.00 which shall be paid every 5 th (1st Half)
and 20th (2nd Half) of the month. In excess of working hours, the CONTRACTOR
shall be entitled to Php 113.05 per hour.
TERM. This Agreement shall be valid for one (1) year from the date of
commencement. This Agreement may be renewed or extended upon mutual
agreement of the parties.
RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES. It is understood by the parties that the Contractor
is an independent contractor with respect to the Principal and not an employee
of the Principal.
CONFIDENTIALITY. Both
