UNIFORTES
Unifortes
From ancient Latin, translated Together Strong, Unifortes is founded
by two recognized companies who joined forces to become a market
leader in the development, production and service of Industrial Cleaning
Systems and Material Handling Products.
Based on experience, the use of new ideas, methods and techniques, a product range is developed to make
perfect cleaning possible. The design combines this cleaning performance with a simple and predictable machine
to operate, to service and to maintain, all at minimum costs.
Unifortes
We offer turn-key solutions for handling your whole washing process. Our product range varies from stand-alone
crate washers to the turnkey delivery of a fully automated wash and handling plant.
Cleaning Principles
As with all cleaning processes, our cleaning principles are based on the Sinner Circle.
The final cleaning result is influenced by the 4 interdependent factors:
Mechanical action
Temperature
Chemical action
Time
A combination of these factors will be determined during every engineering phase, resulting in the best cleaning
solution for the applicable product / situation.
Overview of a crate washing machine
A typical crate washer consists of a washing zone(s) and a rinsing zone. In these zones the nozzles that are
of the Temperature Controlled
and
mounted on the spraying racks will produce the Mechanical Action
Chemical Dosed
water. Each washing zone has its own reservoir for re-use of the washing water and for
the rinsing section, fresh water will be used. A transport chain or transport belt will be used to transport the
for a certain crate /
crates through the machine with a certain (controllable) speed to meet the Washing Time
pollution.

Spraying Section
Because every product, pollution and situation is different, Unifortes will perform a 3-D simulation for each
individual machine to define the optimal design for the spraying racks, nozzles and guiding system
The spraying section is designed to minimize pressure loss and to deliver a uniform and high impact spraying pattern
Easy removable nozzles make quick inspection and cleaning possible
Open and self-cleaning transport system (AISI 316 shackle chain) to prevent from
any spraying shadows and excessive wear
Overall Design
Transportation height of 900mm results in ergonomic manual in-feed and easy integration for an automated process
Modular design makes every machine length and washing capacity possible
Symmetric design makes transport direction flexible (e.g. future relocations)
The primary filter, used under every washing section, is detected by 2 sensors to avoid operating without this filter
An extra filter is placed in front of the intake of the pump to prevent large particles getting into the pump
Water height control is added to prevent overflow and dry-running of pump
Maintenance
Lean and open design results in an easy to clean machine, from inside and outside
Large, supported safety guarded hatches on both sides of the washing section give safe and full access
The primary filter consists out of two, easy to handle segments
