my mother Mrs. Shobande Olubunmi Patience who inspired me to face the challenges and also

ABSTRACT
This study shows how student evaluation of teaching is an important factor of the institution. It deals
with continuous improvement and support for good teaching in the institution. Result on teaching can be
collected using clock technique by attendance at every lecture taken by the student and other
supplementary method of evaluation. A successful evaluation generates a result that is valid, reliable and
indicates director and action for improvement. The implementation of this study will be computerized
using and information system that support decision making activities with an interactive interface. In
conclusion, the proposed project (Student attendance monitoring system) will provide and objective
approach to evaluate and also provide necessary report that may assist management of this institution in
rating their students and lecturers.
