    JOINT AFFIDAVIT
    That we, JULHANI A. SUSULAN and LOURNA A. CALUMPONG, 75 and 62
    years old,, Filipinos, married, and residents of barangay Poblacion, Sibulan, Negros
    Oriental, under oath, do hereby depose and manifest:
    That we personally know ZOSIMO OMIPING PINERO, who was born on June 5,
    1955 to spouses Pablo Pinero and Esperanza Omiping in Jolo, Sulu;
    That his parents failed to register ZOSIMO OMIPING PINERO in the Civil Local
    Registrar of Jolo, Sulu because they did not realized the importance of its registration and
    they were very busy of their livelihood;
    That we know all these facts because we have neighbors in Poblacion, Sibulan,
    Negros Oriental for more than Thirty (30) years already;
    That we executed this affidavit freely and voluntarily without any motive of
    defrauding anybody whatsoever, but only to attest the veracity and truthfulness of our
    statements herein;

    JOINT AFFIDAVIT

    That we, CYRIL GENEROSO and BEBERLYN L. MAMHOT, both of legal age,
    Filipinos, and residents of Block 11, Lot 28, Villarosa Subdivision barangay Maslog,
    Sibulan, Negros Oriental, after having duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby
    depose and manifest:
    That after we became intimate friends, we have started living together as husband
    and wife in Dumaguete City sometime in January 24, 1999 until the year 2002 and in the
    same year we acquired a house in Villarosa Subdivision in barangay Maslog, Sibulan,
    Negros Oriental and transferred our residence there until the present;
    That during our cohabitation we were blessed with three children, namely:
    1. SHAIRALYN, who was born on July 24, 2001;
    2. KHELLY MICHELLE, who was born on January 9, 2003; and,
    3. JOHN CYRIL, who was born on October 22, 2004.
    That we have been living together as husband and wife for more than five (5)
    years and that there is no legal impediments to our marriage;
    That for the good and welfare of our children in the future, we have decided to
    legalize our cohabitation and enter into a marriage life;
    That this affidavit is executed freely and voluntarily without any motive of
    defrauding anybody whatsoever, but to attest the true facts that we are living together as
    husband and wife for more than five (5) years and that there is no legal impediments to
    our marriage.
    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signatures this ____day
