Yg telah di verifikasi oleh DGCA yg mana harus dimana di setiap penerbangan :

Dari civil aircraft apabila :
(1) The pilot in command of an aircraft is directly responsible for, and is the final authority as to,
the operation of that aircarft
(2) In an flight-emergency requiring immediate action, the piot in command may deviate from any
rule of this part to the extent required to meet that emergency
(3) Each pilot in command who deviates from a rule under paragraph (b) of this section shall,
upon the request of the director, send a written report of taht deviation to the director.
(1) No person may operate an aircraft so close to another aircraft as to create a collision hazard
(2) No person may opertae an aircraft in formation flight except by arrangement with the pilot in
command of each aircraft in the formation
(3) No person may operate an aircraft, carrying passangers for hire, in formation flight
(1) Unless otherwise authorized by the director (or by ATC in the cas of operations in Class A or
Class B airspace), no person may operate an aircraft below 10.000 feet MSL at an indicated
airspeed of more than 250 knots ( 288 m.p.h/460 k.p.h )
(2) Unless otherwise authorized or required by ATC, no person may operate an aircraft ata or
below 2500 feet above the surface within 4 Nautical Miles of the primary airport of a class C or
Class D airport at an indicated airspeed or more than 200 knots (230 mph/460)
(3) No person may operate an aircraft in the airspace underlying a Class B airspace area
designated for an airport or in a VFR corridor designated through such a Class B airspace
area, at an indicated airspeed of more than 200 knots (230 mph)
(4) If the minimum safe airspeed for any particular operation is greater tha the maximum speed
prescribed in this section, the aircraft may be operated at that minimum speed
Except when necessary for takeoff or landing, no person may operate an aircraft below the following
altitudes
(1) Anywhere An altitude allowing, if a power unit fails, an emergency landing without undue
hazard to persons or property on the surface
(2) Over congested area. Over any congested area of a city, town or settlement, or over any open
air assembly of person, an altitude of 1000 feet above the highest obstacle within a horizontal
radius of 600 meters of the aircraft
(3) Over other than congested areas. An altitude of 500 feet above the surface, except over open
water or sparsely populated areas. In those cases, the aircraft may not be operated closer
than 200 meters to any person, vessel, vehicle, or structure
(4) Helicopters. Helicopter may be operated at less than the minimums prescribed in paragraph
(b) or (c) of this ection if the operation is consucted without hazard to persons or property on
the surface . in addition, each person operating a helicopter shall comply with any routes or
altitudes specifically prescribed for helicopters by the director
Minimum rest period tidak dihitung dari perjalan tempat dia bekerja ke tempat peristirahatan. Minimum rest
period ialah waktu diman crew sudah di tempat diper istirahatan dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat dan tidak
dapat ditawar
FDDT ( Flight deck duty time ) ialah dihitung dari seorang pilot duduk diruang kemudi dan mengambil
bagian dalam pengorperasian pesawat .
FDT ( Flight duty time ) ialah dihitung dari seorang pilot datang ke kator melapor untuk memulai bertugas

REQUIREMENT FALG, DOMESTIC AND SUPPLEMENTAL AIR CARRIERS
FDT ( Flight Duty Time ) ialah waktu yang dimulai pada waktu penerbang
melaporkan diri untuk mulau bertugas terbang .
FDDT ( Flight Deck Duty Time ) ialah waktu penerbang duduk di kokpit dan ikut
serta mengendalikan pesawat atau melakukan tugas penerbang .
Maximum flight duty pilot ialah 14 jam dengan 9 jam maksud hours terbang .
Apabila dalam penerbangan tersebut ada flight engineer maka flight duty time
ditambah menjadi 15 jam .
Jika penerbangan tersebut ada awak tambahan ( seorang pilot ) , flight duty time
ditambahkan melebihi 14 sampai ke 16 jam max dengan syarat :
1 . bangku harus disedikan untuk pilot cadangan untuk beristirahat di pax seat .
2.
Deahheadialah dimana seorang pilot melakukan ke tempat tugasnya . Misalnya
seorang pilot diminta untuk terbang dari semarang sementara pilot tsb tinggal
dijakarta , maka pilot harus melakukan penerbang ke tempat tugasnya .
