    MMEL ( MASTER MINIMUM EQUIPMENT LIST )


    Category A

    . its begin on the flight day following the day of discovery

    Category B

    Items in this category shall be repaired within 3 consecutive calendar days, excluding the day of discovery.

    Category C

    Items in this category shall be repaired within 10 consecutive calendar days, excluding the day of discovery

    Category D

    Items in this category shall be repaired within 120 consecutive calendar days, excluding the day of
    discovery

    MINIMUM CEILING CLOUD 1500FT ICAO , 1000 FT CASR

    91.25 Document To be Carried

    (a) Pihak operator pesawat harus memastikan bahawa dokumen asli berikut atau true copies yg
    Yg telah di verifikasi oleh DGCA yg mana harus dimana di setiap penerbangan :

    (1) Certificate Of Registration


    (2) Certificate Of Airworthyness
    (3) Noise Ceritificate
    (4) Operation specificatio ( Aircaft Manual Book , ORH , POH )
    (5) Aircraft Radio Permit
    (6) Insurance
    (7) Journey Loogbook

    (b) Setiap Flight crew member harus Membawa Valid License for appropriate Rating

    91.17 Alcohol Or Drug

    (a) Tidak seorangpun yang boleh melakukan atau mencoba untuk bertindak sebagai crewmember
    Dari civil aircraft apabila :

    (1) 8 jam setelah mengkonsumsi alocohol


    (2) Ketika dalam pengaruh alcohol
    (3) Ketika menggunakan narkoba yg mempengaruhi kemampuan dan konsentarsi seseorang yg
    bertentangan dengan keselamatan/keamanan
    (4) Ketika mengkosumsi 0,04 % alcohol atau lebih didalam darah

    91.3 Responsibility And Authority Of the Pilot in Command

    (1) The pilot in command of an aircraft is directly responsible for, and is the final authority as to,
    the operation of that aircarft
    (2) In an flight-emergency requiring immediate action, the piot in command may deviate from any
    rule of this part to the extent required to meet that emergency
    (3) Each pilot in command who deviates from a rule under paragraph (b) of this section shall,
    upon the request of the director, send a written report of taht deviation to the director.

    91.7 Civil Aircraft Airworthiness

    (1) No person may operate a civil aircarft unless it is an airworthy condition


    (2) The pilot in command of a civil aircraft is responsible for determining whether that aircraft is in
    condition for safe flight . The pilot in command shal discontinue the flight when unairworthy
    mechanial, electrical, or structual conditions occur

    91.111 Operation Near Other Aircaft

    (1) No person may operate an aircraft so close to another aircraft as to create a collision hazard
    (2) No person may opertae an aircraft in formation flight except by arrangement with the pilot in
    command of each aircraft in the formation
    (3) No person may operate an aircraft, carrying passangers for hire, in formation flight

    91.117 Aircarft Speed

    (1) Unless otherwise authorized by the director (or by ATC in the cas of operations in Class A or
    Class B airspace), no person may operate an aircraft below 10.000 feet MSL at an indicated
    airspeed of more than 250 knots ( 288 m.p.h/460 k.p.h )
    (2) Unless otherwise authorized or required by ATC, no person may operate an aircraft ata or
    below 2500 feet above the surface within 4 Nautical Miles of the primary airport of a class C or
    Class D airport at an indicated airspeed or more than 200 knots (230 mph/460)
    (3) No person may operate an aircraft in the airspace underlying a Class B airspace area
    designated for an airport or in a VFR corridor designated through such a Class B airspace
    area, at an indicated airspeed of more than 200 knots (230 mph)
    (4) If the minimum safe airspeed for any particular operation is greater tha the maximum speed
    prescribed in this section, the aircraft may be operated at that minimum speed

    91.119 Minimum Safe Altitudes : General

    Except when necessary for takeoff or landing, no person may operate an aircraft below the following
    altitudes

    (1) Anywhere An altitude allowing, if a power unit fails, an emergency landing without undue
    hazard to persons or property on the surface
    (2) Over congested area. Over any congested area of a city, town or settlement, or over any open
    air assembly of person, an altitude of 1000 feet above the highest obstacle within a horizontal
    radius of 600 meters of the aircraft
    (3) Over other than congested areas. An altitude of 500 feet above the surface, except over open
    water or sparsely populated areas. In those cases, the aircraft may not be operated closer
    than 200 meters to any person, vessel, vehicle, or structure
    (4) Helicopters. Helicopter may be operated at less than the minimums prescribed in paragraph
    (b) or (c) of this ection if the operation is consucted without hazard to persons or property on
    the surface . in addition, each person operating a helicopter shall comply with any routes or
    altitudes specifically prescribed for helicopters by the director

    Minimum rest period fof FA ialah 9 jam

    Minimum rest period tidak dihitung dari perjalan tempat dia bekerja ke tempat peristirahatan. Minimum rest
    period ialah waktu diman crew sudah di tempat diper istirahatan dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat dan tidak
    dapat ditawar

    FDDT ( Flight deck duty time ) ialah dihitung dari seorang pilot duduk diruang kemudi dan mengambil
    bagian dalam pengorperasian pesawat .

    FDT ( Flight duty time ) ialah dihitung dari seorang pilot datang ke kator melapor untuk memulai bertugas

    91.157 Special VFR Weather Minimum

    (b) Special VFR operation may only be conducted :

    (1) Within ana ATC clearance


    (2) Clear of cloud
    (3) Except for helicopter ; when flight visibility is at least 1 statue mile ; and
    (4) Except for helicopte, between sunrise and sunset unless
    (a) The person being granted the ATC clearance meets the applicable
    requirement for instrument flight under under part 61 of this chapter and
    (b) The aircraft is equipped as in required 91.205

    3. Mendemontrasikan prosedur keselamatan kepada penumpang
    4. Membantu dan melayani penumpang sampai tujuan penerbang
    5. Memberikan informasi penebangan kepada penumpang
    Tugas Flight Operation Office ( FOO )
    1. Briefing pilot mengenai penerbangan yang akan berlangsung
    2. Melakukan komunikasi air to ground dengan pilot
    3. Menyiapkan dokumen penerbangan
    4. Menghitung performance pesawat dengan keseimbangan pesawat
    5. Mengatur dan mengawasi penempatan muatan pesawat
    6. Memberikan informasi cuaca dan kondsi penerbangan serta bandara
    121.471 Flight Time Limitations and Rest Requirements: All
    Crewmembers
    (A) Setiap perusahaan penerbangan akan membebaskan setiap awak pesawat yang terlibat dalam
    transportasi udara terjadwal dari semua tugas lebih lanjut untuk setidaknya 24 jam berturut-turut
    selama setiap 7 hari berturut-turut.
    (B) (B) Sebuah kapal udara mungkin tidak menetapkan awak pesawat dan awak pesawat tidak dapat
    menerima tugas untuk setiap tugas dengan angkutan udara selama masa istirahat yang
    dibutuhkan.
    (C) (C) Waktu yang dihabiskan di transportasi yang pembawa udara membutuhkan dari awak
    penerbangan dan memberikan untuk mengangkut awak ke bandara di mana dia adalah untuk
    melayani pada penerbangan sebagai awak, atau dari bandara di mana ia dibebaskan dari
    kewajiban untuk kembali ke stasiun rumahnya, tidak dianggap bagian dari periode istirahat.

    121.472 Duty Time Limitations: All Crewmembers

    ( A ) Flight Crewmember tidak dapat menerima tugas yang lebih lanjut


    apabila dalam 1 hari ( 24 jam ) apabila total Flight duty dalam 1 hari ( 24
    jam ) ialah 14 jam . Untuk Beberapa pesawat yang dimana terdapat Flight
    Engineer sebagai bagian dari crew, Maka Flight Duty Flight Crewmember
    ditingkatkan menjadi 15 Hou
    ( B ) Flight duty Time didefinisikan sebagai waktu antara waktu melaporkan
    Flight Crewmember untuk bertugas sampai penghentian penerbangan itu

    Perusahaan Maskapai Tidak dapat memberikan tugas kepada awak


    penerbangan ataupun Awak penerbangan tidak dapat menerima tugas tsb
    apabila belum ada istirahat selama 24 consecutive hours ( 1 hari ) berikut
    dibawah ialah limitas rest periode awak penerbangan :
    1. 9 jam waktu istirahat untuk dimana waktu terbang nya kurang dari 8
    jam
    2. 10 jam waktu istirahat untuk dimana waktu terbang nya 8 jam atau
    lebih tapi kurang dari 9 jam
    3. 11 jam waktu istirahat untuk dimana waktu terbang nya 9 jam atau
    lebih

    Tafor ( Terminal Aerodrome Forecast ) dikeluarkan/diterbitkan setiap 9 jam 24


    jam . Tafor dikeluarkan untuk prakiraan cuaca 4 jam kedepan .

    CASR 121.470 121.495 FLIGHT & DUTY TIME LIMITATIONS AND REST
    REQUIREMENT FALG, DOMESTIC AND SUPPLEMENTAL AIR CARRIERS

    FDT ( Flight Duty Time ) ialah waktu yang dimulai pada waktu penerbang
    melaporkan diri untuk mulau bertugas terbang .

    FDDT ( Flight Deck Duty Time ) ialah waktu penerbang duduk di kokpit dan ikut
    serta mengendalikan pesawat atau melakukan tugas penerbang .

    Maximum flight duty pilot ialah 14 jam dengan 9 jam maksud hours terbang .
    Apabila dalam penerbangan tersebut ada flight engineer maka flight duty time
    ditambah menjadi 15 jam .
    Jika penerbangan tersebut ada awak tambahan ( seorang pilot ) , flight duty time
    ditambahkan melebihi 14 sampai ke 16 jam max dengan syarat :
    1 . bangku harus disedikan untuk pilot cadangan untuk beristirahat di pax seat .
    2.
    Deahheadialah dimana seorang pilot melakukan ke tempat tugasnya . Misalnya
    seorang pilot diminta untuk terbang dari semarang sementara pilot tsb tinggal
    dijakarta , maka pilot harus melakukan penerbang ke tempat tugasnya .
