    all-inclusive in performing a feasibility evaluation. The drawings and / or specifications provided
    have been used as a basis for analysing the ability to meet all specified requirements. All no
    answers are supported with attached comments identifying our concerns and / or proposed
    changes to enable us to meet the specified requirements.

    Are the processes in control and stable?
    Are Cpks greater than 1.33?
    Is there any risk associated?
    Initial Rejection Risk?

    Conclusion
    Feasible: Product can be produced as specified with no revisions.

    Feasible: Changes recommended (see attached).

    Not feasible: Design revision required to produce product within Specified

    1) 3D data is required for visualisation and bending parameters.

    2) Following things are required;


    a) Toolings for brackets 3 nos.
    b) Welding fixtures
    c) Inspection gauge.
    d) Bending fixture for point P3 bending.

    3) No SC/CC specified.
    4) Initial rejection risk is there due to 3D bending.
    5) Feasibility can be confirmed only after bending trials.
