vehicle Driver can see the list of allotted services and their Unique Request Lock
Number( URLN) along with consumer details ( Name, Address location , Contact ,
expected geo location)
When vehicle driver select and activate particular URLN to go for service,
Consumer/Agent can see the vehicle location on their Mobile App.
Journey can only complete after entering the URUT against the URLN in vehicle Driver
App for verification of correct destination Consumer.
After Entering Correct URLN trip could be start, Time and Path will Track by the
application and transfer to server.
As the vehicle Driver will press stop Journey Button application will calculate traveling
charges using last geo location and start geo location also including with time/ Flat Fare.
Charges will deduct from consumer/Agent account details and get the receipt on the
app or attached E-mail Id.
Wallet or other payment option will be available for payment transfer.
vehicle providers from Different State, City , Location and Route can attach with VMS
using web service or API
Providers vehicle details could be update on VMS ( Add or Remove vehicle or
availability of vehicle)
Vehicle Provider will get the list of Consumer/Agent request according to their State,
and City, Location and Route.
After vehicle allotment, Consumer/Agent will get confirmation message and notification
with allotted vehicle Details. Vehicle Driver will get confirmation message and
notification with consumer/Agent details.
Web Panel will help to Transporter to manage their vehicle and driver details, approval
of all changes in the hand of VMS panel
Web panel and mobile app will help to track fleet of transporter.
All trip transaction and amount transaction will be visible on Transporter Account.
VMS Panel
VMS Panel will provide Monitoring Dashboard for all functionality and management.
VMS can also provide vehicle Provider level online application with multi role and multi
user capabilities to manage vehicle to those Provider which do not have existing
application.
Different Analysis and Reports, Tracking of vehicle, Money transaction details can be
handle on single panel.
Call Center Panel (User of VMS Panel)
Call Center Panel will provide Monitoring Dashboard for limited functionality and
management.
After vehicle request from consumer / Agent call center will call to both part
(Transporter & Consumer) to close the deal on fix amount and punch it on that
particular transaction.
Punching of final amount will confirm the Trip and send URUT on consumer/Agent
registered mobile
