1. FRONT OF HOUSE

1. EMAILING ANY RECEIPT

Front of House can now email receipts to members when a transaction is completed. This can be a Point of Sale
transaction, class booking or a Sports Course booking. This setting can be enabled by Legend Support.

You will then be prompted to enter an email upon completing a transaction if a member is in the passport
then their email will automatically populate this field (but can be changed/removed):
2. CREDIT NOTES DISPLAY REASON IN FOH

When using Credit Notes in FOH they will now display the reason and any reason notes entered when the note
was assigned for ease of selection when the member has multiple credit notes.

3. CANCELLING SPORTS COURSES DD IMMEDIATELY THROUGH FOH

Sports Courses DD enrolees can now be unenrolled from a sports courses with immediate effect. The security
token SC_CAN_CANCEL_CONTINUOUSCOURSE_IMMEDIATELY will be needed to use this functionality.

4. SETTING MANDATE FOR MEMBER WITH NO MANDATE

When enrolling members into sports courses through Front of House, a mandate prompt will appear if they have
no mandate at the location in which the course is held or at all.

5. REFUNDING EXTRAS WHEN UNENROLLING FROM SPORTS COURSE

When unenrolling a member from a Sports Course within FOH you have the option to also refund the extras if
desired.
2. MEMBERSHIP MANAGEMENT

1. UPGRADE A MEMBER AT ANY TIME DURING CURRENT AGREEMENT

You can now upgrade a member at any time during their current agreement to an agreement that you have
configured to be a valid upgrade path. This can be done in either Membership Management or Back Office.

The first day of the new agreement cannot be the same date or previous to the first day of the member's first
agreement. If the start date of the first agreement is today's date, the first day of the new agreement will be
tomorrow by default (but can be changed).

The date restrictions and defaults when upgrading are identical when you upgrade a member through Back
Office.

2. SETTING A PREFERRED PAYMENT DATE

Membership Management now supports preferred payments dates. A member can specify which date they
would like their payment to be collected which is held in MM. To have this functionality, the setting Global
Settings > Additional (2) > Use Member Preferred Collections Dates needs to be enabled, along with Daily
Collections with every date available ticked.

3. CONTROL PANEL

1. LANGUAGE TRANSLATION TOOL

There is now a bulk tool for language translation within Control Panel > Data > Language Translations.
The dropdown labelled 'Table' pulls the tables from the database to be translated and they are marked exactly
as they are displayed in the database. For inventory items, you would need to choose the dbo.inventory table.
Once you have selected your table, you will then need to choose a language you are going to translate the table
into. When both dropdowns are selected, you can then select the Preview button. This will display a preview of
the spreadsheet you want to export. When ready, choose a file path you will be saving the document into by
selecting browse, and when selected, choose export.

You can then browse the file location and find the spreadsheet you have just saved. Please note, you can
only save 1 sheet per table and language in 1 location, for example, you can only dbo.inventory_French once, if
you need to save more than one French Inventory table, you will either need to delete the original file, or create
a new location for the file to be saved into. Once you have opened the file with Excel, you will see the editable
fields next to each item. Enter the translation into the boxes required. When finished, save and choose the
Import tab in the language tool. Select the file and you'll see a preview of the translations as per the saved
document. When happy, select import and the tool will notify you when all imports are finished.
The translations will pull through to where applicable, ie inventory items translated in French will be
printed on receipts chosen in French through FOH, or where the member has a contact language of French.

2. SETTING TO HIDE INVO ICING ONLY SITES FROM ONLINE SERVICES

Within Control Panel > Club Settings > Online you'll see a new setting labelled 'Exclude from Online Services'
which when enabled will exclude the club from online searches including Online Member Services (Joining &
Class/Sports Hall bookings) and within Sports Courses. This will ensure clubs that are only used for invoicing
will not be confused for member clubs.

4. ONLINE SERVICES

1. VIEWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE EVERY ONLINE RE-ENROLMENT

A member will now be prompted to agree to the terms and conditions when re-enrolling on a term-based Sports
Course online, following clicking the link in the confirmation of your re-enrolment email. They will not be able to
click "Continue" and go through to payment unless they have ticked the "I have read and agree to the above
terms and conditions" box:
The terms and conditions can be configured in Back Office > Configuration > Stock Text
In the Category "Sports Courses Re-enrollment Copy" click Actions > Edit next to "webcopyReEnrolmentTerms"

For the Stock Text menu to be available, the security token BO_CONFIG_CONFIGURABLETEXT must be enabled
in Control Panel.

2. CREATING AN ONLINE SERVICES ACCOUNT FROM AN EXTERNAL LINK

Members can now be automatically directed to the Online Services Registration page, by using the following
web address https://YOURURLHERE/enterprise/Account/Login?createAccount=true
(https://legend.legendonlineserivces.co.uk/enterprise/Account/Login?createAccount=true). This can be done
through a link on your homepage, on an email etc. An example could be "Click here to register for online
booking"

Once the link is clicked they will be taken to your Legend log in page and the following window will appear.
Once the member has completed their personal details, and click "Create Member" on the last page they will
be automatically logged in.

You will need to have your login page set to responsive, and the setting OnlineRegistrationEnabled turned on.
These settings can only be enabled by Legend Support. You will also need the setting Enable Signup Options
enabled. This can be turned on in CMS Online Services Configuration > General Config.
3. CONTACT GROUP NAVIGATION FROM MEMBER HOME PAGE

Online Members can now 'Manage Family Members' from the home page instead of navigating through the side
menu.

4. CLASS WAITING LIST E MAILS USES NEW EMAIL TEMPLATES

Class waiting list emails can be edited using the new templates in Back Office. The emails are set in Back Office >
Configuration > Email Template > Bookings email. The subject heading and email body can be fully edited and
there is a Macro help guide within the template.

5. BACK OFFICE CONFIGURATION

1. EDITING EMAIL TEMPLATES IN BACK OFFICE

You can now configure templates for emails in Back Office.

To do this, the Security Token BO_CONFIG_EMAILTEMPLATEEDIT must be enabled.

Navigate to Back Office > Configuration > Email Template (under General Settings)

The Category drop down contains the different types of email template.

The Location drop-down lets you configure templates specific to a location. An Enterprise wide template will be
overridden by a location group wide template, which will be overridden by a club template (if present).

Each template has a default email in English. This cannot be deleted. If this default is edited and this is saved, the
edited version will be sent instead.
If this edited version is deleted by clicking the red Delete button, it will be removed and the default template will
be put back.

You can only edit the templates for the locations that you have access to (this is set in Control Panel > User
Management > [your username] > Clubs tab).
These email templates are sent following actions in Back Office or Online Services. When each email is sent it is
described in the Name column for each email in the Email Template table.

You can write certain text templates within the email templates that will be populated with relevant information
when an email is sent.
For example, entering {{CustomerFullName}} in the template will show the customers full name in the email that
is sent. Other examples include {{ClubName}} and {{FooterText}}

You can also embed "Email Partials" within an Email Template. These Partials can be configured within the Email
Template configuration menu (they are under their own heading under Email Copy).
To embed an email partial, enter {{> PartialName}} in the template, where "PartialName" is the Code of the
Email Partial.

You can use Macros to create conditional or variable content in an email template
A list of Macros an examples of their use can be seen by clicking the "Macro Help" icon at the top right when
editing an email template:

2. STOCK TEXT EDITOR IN BACK OFFICE

You can edit Stock Text in Legend Back Office. You can do this in the following location in Back Office
Configuration > General Settings > Stock Text. You will need the following token
BO_CONFIG_CONFIGURABLETEXT. If you do not have the token you will not see Stock Text under General
Settings. Please note, if you add the token it can take up to 15 minutes to update.

You can edit each macro category at location level and in the language of your choice.

To edit click Actions > Edit next to the relevant macro, and the editing page will load.

In the bottom left you are presented with the following buttons.

Delete = Will reset the text to default.

Preview = Display a preview of the text in a popup window.
6. EVENT MANAGMENT

1. SELECTING A COMPLEX IN THE ADD RESOURCES DIALOG

An extra dropdown has been added to the Add Resource dialog box. This will now allow you to select resources
by Club.

& conditions and bookings. Please contact Legend Support if youd like to have online ticketing set to responsive.

their current price type displayed. For example:
3. DON'T INCLUDE FEES THAT WON'T BE CHARGED WHEN MOVING

When moving a member on a direct debit payment to another continuous Sports Course, you will now no longer
see the Prorate Fee or Upfront Fee as the member will not have to pay these. You will always see the Course
Move Cost (even if it is zero) as well as the cycle fee. For example:
4. CANCELLING DD WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT

You can now unenroll a member on a direct debit payment on a Sports Course with immediate effect.
This can be done in Front of House or Back Office.

This is only possible if the Security Token SC_CAN_CANCEL_CONTINUOUSCOURSE_IMMEDIATELY is enabled.

If it is disabled, you will still be able to set a member to be pending cancellation (in either Front of House or Back
Office), and they will be removed from the course at the next payment date.

5. CANCEL WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT CHANGES

There have been changes to the information shown when unenrolling a member on a direct debit payment from
a continuous Sports Course with immediate effect.

"This action will remove the participant from the course immediately. No refund will be processed, this will
need to be done manually. Depending on the lead in time configured by the club, an additional Direct
