1. FRONT OF HOUSE
Several new features have been implemented for the use of additional printers. In Control Panel >
Global/Region/Club > FOH (2)/FOH there are 6 new settings.
Allow printer selection with additional printer
This option is only to be used with restaurant mode. When enabled there is a new selection when selecting 'Pay
Bill' in the basket. The 3 options are Main Printer, Additional Printer and Main and Additional printer so you
have the choice of where you would like to print the receipt too. This also applies to 'Reprint POS receipt'.
Identify new items added since the last print on additional printer
This option needs to be enabled alongside restaurant mode in FOH. When items has been added to the basket in
between 'Print Bill' the items that have not been printed before will be marked with a *N* instead of the
quantity. This is to be used with grouping in FOH turned off.
In addition to the above settings, 'Do not Group Item in FOH' has been added into Inventory Management. This
will add quantities separately in the basket rather than grouping the quantities together. This can also be set in
bulk using the Mass Change Inventory Items tool.
Services with a pay monthly method can now be sold through Front of House. Members wishing to buy a service
will need to have a valid mandate in Membership Management, even if they are on a PIF agreement. Depending
on site configuration, you will be able to choose which payment date specified by the member.
Member services can now be cancelled through FOH. When a member has a service against their account, it will
be shown in FOH > Member Info > Services and a cancellation button is now available in that tab. The security
token MM_CAN_SERVICES_CAN_CANCEL is needed to continue through to the cancellation process. When
selecting cancel there are 3 options available as shown below;
To cancel the service before the end of its length, you need the security token
MM_CAN_SERVICES_CAN_CANCEL_STRAIGHT_AWAY. To cancel a service that is enforced, you'll need the
security token MM_CAN_EARLY_CANCEL_ENFORCED_SERVICES.
2. BOOKINGS
2.1. AUTO BOOK FROM WAITING LIST EMAIL CUT OFF TIME
The settings in Bookings > Resource Details > Misc > No of mins before for Last/Auto Waiting list will now apply
to the online services as well as the front of house applications.
3. MEMBERSHIP MANAGEMENT
3.1. BARCODE HIDDEN FOR STAFF AGREEMENTS
In Control Panel > Global Settings > Additional (1) there is a new option for 'Obscure Staff Member Barcode in
MM'. When this option is enabled, all barcodes for members on Staff Agreements will be hidden by 6 asterisks.
Users that still wish to view the barcode when the setting is in effect will need to be granted the security token
MM_CAN_VIEW_STAFF_BARCODES. The setting is off by default upon release.
When the setting is enabled, you will still be able to change the barcode even though it is hidden. When
searching, the barcode field will return starred out, as will the advanced barcode search. The staff member
record will need to be linked in Control Panel in order to be obscured. Legend Support will be able to assist you
with this setting.
In the Member Data tab of Membership Management you will now see a tick box 'Marketing Preferences
Discussed'. This will display checked when the operator has discussed and ticked the 'Marketing Preference
Requested' option in the New Member Wizard, Front of House Quick add or when joining as a member within
Customer Management.
Ticking and saving this box on a member that has not previously discussed marketing preferences will remove
the event from the member's account.
Fees charged from a Direct Debit Service will be shown in Forward Billing and in the Member Statement once
they have been collected.
4. CONTROL PANEL
An audit function has been added to Control Panel > Data > Member > Member Services. This will record any
changes made to the service.
4.2. INACTIVE POS BUTTONS
POS Buttons can be made inactive. In Control Panel > POS Scheme > Scheme there is a new tick box 'Show
inactive items' which when ticked will show the hidden inactive items. The inactive items will be marked with a
red circle that has a white cross in the middle, just like inactive inventory items.
Stock items can now be bulk added to the system through Control Panel > Stock Receipts. The import can be
completed with an excel document and need to contain the values of;

5. FEE COLLECTION
Changes made to member cycle fees on the same date as the next bill date will be picked up by Fee Collection.
This also extends to changes made after a run has been prepared. Refreshing the run after the amendments
have been made will ensure the changes are picked up.
6. ONLINE SERVICES
The My Courses/Programs page can now be made responsive. The setting is turned off by default and will
require Legend Support to enable this for you.
Sports Course:
Full course details (Name, Description, Level, Discipline and Instructor)
The competencies, how many have been passed, failed or have not yet been assessed.
When the next session is, and any subsequent sessions, the duration and location.
Any outstanding balance and a link to pay the balance.
Camps:
Attendee name.
Camp date.
Age range.
Description.
A noticeable filter counter has been added to Programs and Sports Courses. When you complete an advanced
search it will now show you how many filters have been applied to those specific search results.
7. EVENT MANAGEMENT
When an organisation has been selected, its name will be displayed like so;
If no organisation is selected all bookings will be returned.
Within Event Management you will now be notified when a document you are uploading has incorrect merge
fields. The specific areas this applies to are;
8. SPORTS COURSES
When creating a term based course it is now possible to select multiple days of the week. Sports Courses will
then automatically create the sessions. The day of the week that the course starts on will be automatically
highlighted in green.
It is now possible to refund extras purchased when unenrolling from a sports course. Depending on whether
your course in term based or continuous, the process is slightly different.
Term Based
When unenrolling a member who has purchased an extra, you will be asked if you wish to reimburse the full
amount or no refund/no credit note for the extra.
When selecting the full amount and next, you will be presented with the course cancellation options screen.
Once you have selected your reimbursement options and click next, you will be given a breakdown of the
amounts.
The reimbursement will appear in MM and FOH as two separate amounts, as shown below.
Continuous Courses
When unenrolling a member who has purchased an extra, you will be asked if you wish to reimburse the full
amount or no refund/no credit note for the extra just like the term based course.
When selecting the full amount and click next you will be presented with the following screen.
Once you have selected your reimbursement option, you will be given a breakdown of the amounts, and when
the last session will be. Please note this is for a direct debit enrolee only.
9. TASKS & CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT
You can now upgrade/renew a contact as part of the task resolution process, this way, upgrading can be part of
the tasks workflow. Any dependent task will be created after the upgrade has been completed.
You are able to add this within configuration and add to the Task Type and Task resolutions.
The options to add notes to an initial Prospect and New Member are now available.
Once the notes have been saved they will show within the Timeline section of the task. Due to the task being in
the future you will still have the ability to amend the notes in the notes section within the task. When you save
the changes this will update the notes section within the timeline.
9.3. BARCODE CHARACTERS ARE LIMITED TO TWENTY CHARACTERS WITHIN THE JOIN AND
AMEND MEMBER PROCESS
When adding or amending a barcode for a member you were previously allowed to enter more than twenty
characters. Once the member details were saved, you received an error message confirming that no more than
20 characters were allowed. You would then have to go back and amend the barcode and this would add
additional time to the task.
To ensure that no additional time is wasted going forward you no longer have the ability to enter more than 20
characters within the barcode field and you will be aware of this at the time of input.
9.4. OPEN A TASK FROM THE CONTACT TIMELINE WITHIN CONTACT VIEW
You now have the ability to link straight to a task from the contacts timeline within contact view. Each individual
task will have a new button shown called View Task.
Once you have clicked on the View Task button you are directed straight to the task details.
When you are upgrading/renewing a member you now have the functionality to adjust the pricing exactly the
same as a joining member.
10. BUG FIXES
