    Dear Mr. Pragati,

    With reference to our discussions, we are pleased to inform you that you have been selected for
    the post of Project- Coordinator in our organization for Pune/Maharashtra circle.

    Your CTC would be Rs.5,40,000/- per annum. Other terms and conditions would be given to you
    with Employment Agreement at the time of joining.

    You are hereby requested to join our Company on 1st March2011 and return a signed copy of this
    Offer Letter to our office within 2 days of the date of this Offer Letter, after which this Offer Letter
    shall no longer be valid.

    You are required to bring the following on the day of joining.

    1. Date of Birth certificate,(Class X Certificate)


    2. Class XII Mark sheet.
    3. Qualifying certificate and mark sheets of your professional qualifications.
    4. Last salary slip from the previous organization. (If applicable)
    5. Clearance/Non Dues certificate & resignation acceptance letter from the previous employer,
    if applicable.
    6. Latest Form 16 (if you are an IT assesses)
    7. Four passport size photographs, one photograph each for dependants (spouse, and
    children as applicable)
    8. All testimonials in support of achievements / training / s attended as mentioned in your
    resume.
    9. Copy of the Pan Card.
