25 one knee passes, switch, 50 standing wall passes, 50 tiny sets, 50 push sets, 25 wall hits, wall pepper 3:30 Queens Warm-up 3 v 3, winning team waves to far court or stays. 3:40 Water Break
3:45 Team Wash Serve receive consistency
Normal serve receive vs 1 server. A receiver must get 2 good passes in a row in order to receive a point. If they miss their second pass, they go to replace server. The team rotates when any player gets a point. 4:05 Water Break
4:10 Poison Drill Out of system and unexpected
plays Coach initiates the ball from opposite side of court. Everyone except the poison player plays as usual. The poison player shanks the ball or creates out of system plays. Coach can tip to setter to force setter-out situations. Must get three points (returns) to rotate. 4:30 Water Break
4:35 Shell Drill Team defense
Coach in LF, all players in defensive transition base positions. No MH. When coach slaps the ball, players transition to defensive positions. Play continues with players transitioning from base to defense until coach receives 3 balls continuously, then rotate. 4:50 Tear Down Net
