NOTICE OF INTENTION TO SELL
PURSUANT TO SECTION 137
TO: BRISEIS CONSOLIDATED NO LIABILITY
Whereas you are the owner of the land situated at Main Street, Derby being property number 3201502 contained in Certificate of Title volume 220861 Folio 1 (called the land), in respect of which rates
have been outstanding for three years or more to Dorset Council (called the Council).
By Sub-Section 137(3) of the Local Government Act 1993 the council is required to serve this notice upon you stating that, as at the 26 October 2017
(a) Rates have been in arrears for the period commencing the 01 July 2014
(b) The amount of the total rates outstanding, including penalties and interest imposed under Section 128 of the Act, in relation to the land is $1,481.52 (made up as shown in the schedule hereto).
(c) If the amount is not paid in full within ninety (90) days of this notice the council will sell the above mentioned land for non-payment of rates as if it were the owner of the land.
TO: THE BRISEIS TIN MINES LIMITED
Whereas you are the owner of the land situated at Mutual Road, Derby being property number 3201510 contained in Certificate of Title volume 207400 Folio 1 (called the land), in respect of which rates
have been outstanding for three years or more to Dorset Council (called the Council).
By Sub-Section 137(3) of the Local Government Act 1993 the council is required to serve this notice upon you stating that, as at the 26 October 2017
(a) Rates have been in arrears for the period commencing the 01 July 2014
(b) The amount of the total rates outstanding, including penalties and interest imposed under Section 128 of the Act, in relation to the land is $1,481.52 (made up as shown in the schedule hereto).
(c) If the amount is not paid in full within ninety (90) days of this notice the council will sell the above mentioned land for non-payment of rates as if it were the owner of the land.

Council Meeting will now be held at the Bridport Sell your home faster on Domain
Hall, Main Street, Bridport. Council will be
holding their Annual General Meeting on the
same date & venue which will commence at 6
pm. The Ordinary Meeting will commence
immediately after the AGM closes.
Members of the public are welcome to attend.
The agenda will be available from the Dorset
Council website or from the Council Offices
