Fiber Conversion Notice Letter
Our process:
1. A technician will be out for a site survey to ensure all the necessary equipment is available to
complete the conversion. He will be checking to make sure a fiber optic line is buried from
the terminal to the side of your home. He will also be checking to see if a power outlet is re-
quired for the conversion of your service.
2. If a power outlet is required we will have one installed at no charge to you.
3. If a fiber optic line has not been placed, we will have one buried at no charge to you.
4. Once the outside work is complete we will notify you to complete the inside equipment
swap. This is the most important step because your current equipment will not work when
we finalize the conversion.
