    MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

    Context:

    products for the iron, steel, foundry, aluminium, cement, thermal industries and petrochemical markets.
    Calderys is a division of the Imerys Group world leader in industrial minerals, listed on the Paris Stock
    Exchange.

    For our group of companies in Indonesia, PT Indoporlen (PMA) and its subsidiaries, we are looking to
    support our growth by hiring a high potential MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN, reporting to Maintenance
    Section head. He will take full charge of some plant maintenance activities with following dimensions:

    Dimensions:

    The company is based on a solid and complementary business model including manufacturing,
    distribution and product installation services.
    Work as team or individual in 24 Hours, 7 days working schedule in all job site.
    Plant equipped with heavy equipment and automatic machine.

    Mission:

    Maintenance:
    Participate in Preventive maintenance and daily check based on maintenance schedule.
    Address downtime issues promptly and effectively.
    Lead and/or participate with root cause analysis for operating problems to eliminate the root cause for
    continuous improvement.
    Make mechanical repair or modification of equipment in mechanical part
    Maintain spares as needed to insure that equipment is available when required
    Conduct preventive maintenance effectively in order to reduce break down machine.
    Standardization Equipment and plant infrastructure in good condition.
    Understand basic electrical control and able to operate Utility Equipment.
    Understand read and make technical drawing (mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic drawing)
    General maintenance knowledge in heavy equipment the following areas: Crushing, mixer machine,
    conveyor system, friction press & Dust collector.
    Daily and monthly reporting system and assistance for regular inventory stock counts.
    Assistance on implementation of new projects.
    Implementation of preventive maintenance.

    Safety:
    Working safely at all times and according to the company EHS policy.
    Following all safety procedures such as Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, PPE , etc
    Maintain safety, health and environmental policies and procedures in line with ISO 9001:2008.

    MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

    Management:
    Make machine breakdown, daily, preventive report.
    Understand maintenance procedures In line with ISO 9001:2008.
    To be able to work in a team, with a good way of communication.

    Researched Profile:

    High-potential Indonesian individual male, Technical Senior High school (mechanical engineering), or
    higher (S1).
    At least 5 years of Maintenance experience, ideally in an international environment (PMA).
    Have welding certification (KELAS III, DEPNAKER).
    Committed to safety & organizational goals
    Must be computer literate
    Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision
    To be able to work with PC programs such as MS office.
    Management, safety and Environment ISO standard knowledge.
    Passive English is required; another language could be a plus.

    Miscellaneous:

    The position is based at our Bekasi plant.
