    2 OBJECTIVES

    2.1 TRAINING OBJECTIVE(S)

     Will conduct five hours per day workshop on electronics for three days
     During these three days students will be given a seminar on application of electronics
     Students will be train on basics of electronics and to build IC and microcontroller based electronic applications.
     Projects prepared by students will be given to college management

    2.2 HIGHLIGHTS

    Workshop is designed scientifically as per the present market trends and requirements

    Exposure to experiential learning through team activities & role plays

    Flexible Timings as per Client Needs, but should be informed to Facilitator well in advance

    Use of the latest proven methodologies which are simple in nature

     Experienced Trainers.

    3 ASSUMPTIONS

    The following assumptions were made in the preparation of this document:

    The entire program will be conducted at client’s premises

    Program includes Total of 20 hours on the basis of 5 Hrs per day which includes 2 session,
    morning and afternoon for three days.

    Number of trainer from Innovative Technologies will be 8.

    4 TIMELINE & EFFORT

    The following timeline has been estimated for completion of the project:

    Estimated Hours = 20 Hours [equivalent to 3 Business Days

    Anticipated Start Date = (As agreed by both parties)

    5 COMMERCIAL TERMS

    5.1 INVESTMENT

    The notable highlights of the Investment needed under this Proposal are listed below:

    For B.Sc 1ST AND 2ND YEAR WITH IC BASED PROJECTS.

    5.2 TERMS OF PAYMENT

    Following payment structure will be applicable for the purposes of this engagement:

    All invoices shall be issued on the 1st day of the Training

    The rates mentioned are exclusive of any taxes

    Payment shall be made by Cash.

     50% on Day 1
     50% while half-way the program completed
